First time here, We got here before brunch time, Ordered a mango margarita, sorry but that drink wasn’t wat we ordered, our drink taste just like straight alcohol, orange juice, my chicken burrito was good and the ground beef burrito was good but BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE for us, we had too keep asking the guy for extra salsa, forks and napkins but no other customers where asking for anything, the guy was already giving chips and salsa to different tables to different customers without them having to ask for anything and I don’t do the picking and choosing my money can spend good as well as anybody else can, their was only two male servers and they both wasn’t that great, one guy he kept passing our table helping everyone else, the other guy was outside plus I flagged him down and he acknowledged it but ended up, taking other customers orders in the front and the line was long so we had too wait, til they where done then where we was sitting was very hot with no air. We won’t be back.

The best enchiladas suizas and chips and guacamole! Margaritas are awesome too! The refried beans are creamy and just the right consistency. Mexican rice was fluffy. The shredded chicken in the enchilada suizas was melt in your mouth, most delicious chicken suizas.
The food is fresh, well seasoned, and
delicious!

This was my first time eating here and probably the last time eating here. My mom likes to eat here a lot and she suggested we go eat here. When I think Mexican food, I thing loaded with great flavors, and this place just wasn’t that. I ordered the taco plate, and the chicken was bland and gamey. The portions were small. Anywhere I go, I’m never able to finish the plate no matter how hungry I am. I had to drown my tacos in salsa. My sister ordered street tacos, my son got chicken nachos, and mom got the enchilada plate. All I know is that the food fell short on the flavor and the portion size. As much as we spent and I was disappointed in the food.

Ultimately… Check this place out!
Great spot in a cozy neighborhood! Whether you are dining with family or relaxing with friends, the patio is perfect for evenings enjoying food and beer, and Margaritas!
Very colorful interior and exterior with unique tile mosaics on walls and floors. The bright colored tables and surroundings make you feel like you are somewhere else.
The service was very limited, but if you are not in a hurry you will be rewarded. The food is quite good. The chips and salsa are tasty, you get a red and Verde for the chips. The guacamole was very tasty but it came out with the dinner, a little late IMO.
The beer was cold and kept coming, need I say more?
The only critique I have besides slow service (by being understaffed) would be there was a true lack in spice and depth of flavor.

Great first experience. Grew up with this spot being another taqueria, Sal’s now is an elevated yet authentic dining experience. Had the chilaquillas Verde with Carne Asada & eggs added. Our server was kind and took the time to ensure he had each part of our order correct.

I loved the food and service. I’ve never had tacos so filled up with meat before. I love that there was an actual option for spicy sauce than just Cholula. I haven’t been back to the West Coast for a while, and the food hit the spot. There weren’t many people at the time so my friends and I got our food fairly quickly. Our waiter was very attentive and quick to meet our needs. The restaurant was filled with decorations of Latin culture and it really added to the ambiance. I had 4 street tacos with rice & beans, 2 chicken and 2 carnitas. I wish the chicken was shredded but it was still delicious. Will come again when i come back into town.

Street tacos and guacamole was amazing ! Even had vegan options but we didn’t try them. The margarita was nicely not sugary as I requested no agave, but then didn’t have an passionfruit flavor. Tajin was a nice authentic touch. Outside was pleasant enough, though pretty busy road was close.
