We love dining with the team in PTown and we’re so happy to have the same amazing service and meal off season in LA! Call ahead and get your reservation the line was 30 deep on a Saturday night; Because it’s that good!

Amazing on all levels. Stellar shrimp scampi (the sauce!!!) and meatball appetizers followed by just as stellar jidoro chicken and lobster pasta dish over brown rice for GF needs. Has a vibe like my favorite old haunt Sunny’s Bar in Red Hook Brooklyn, only restaurant style. Will be back and back again now that we finally found this treasure hiding in plain sight in our hood. The entire staff is lovely, and the ambience charming. Sal’s feels good for the soul, not just the belly.

Cash only! A place that has an intimate family feel with food that has a that homemade touch that will make you feel cozy inside. A surprising find in the bustling city of West Hollywood. You would never really notice it from the outside. This place switches seasonally from their Provincetown to here during their off season. I really like how the owner is working alongside their team helping out wherever needed too! The pastas are where it’s at here so definitely give them a try!

Such a hidden gem! Cozy vibes with an amazing staff, and of course the food was incredible. We split everything and had generous portions of the lobster pasta, Caesar salad and tiramisu. Highly recommend to visit Sal’s during their seasonal residence in LA!

I have been to Sal’s Place twice now, and was lucky enough to been placed in George’s section both times. Frankly, it should be renamed to George’s Place because he is truly the most welcoming, friendly, and attentive server I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We enjoyed the intimate and familiar ambiance while eating the most incredible linguine alle vongole I have ever had in Los Angeles. The tiramisu is another standout and is the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Thank you George for making every evening at Sal’s so memorable!

Sal’s is exceptional and I cannot recommend it enough. My family has been going to the original Provincetown location for over 45 years and we were so excited to learn they had a pop-up in Los Angeles. We were welcomed with above and beyond service and a sense of comfort. We had the meatballs as a starter and the clam pasta- both were absolutely incredible. This restaurant was ever better than I remembered. This was truly one of the best dining experiences that I have had in LA.

We went to Sals without reservation and they set up a table immediately. The staff were very attentive and super friendly. The food delicious! HUGE portions. A special thanks to Erduan who made us feel like home, it was like hanging out with family. The whole experience 10/10. We recommend this place to everyone, and if we ever travel to LA again this is a definite must to visit.

5 stars all around. We had such a lovely evening here. Someone had mentioned in a review that the food is not the star of the show…and now I understand that comment. The food is fantastic, there is no question about that, but it’s the service that is the true star here. Thank you to our wonderful server George for taking such great care of us. I loved the red they picked for wine menu, it was dry and jammy and everything I imagined. The old fashioned was also a favorite. We got to try the caesar salad, filet mignon with mushrooms, shrimp puttanesca, tiramisu, and basque cheesecake. Every single dish was delicious and the entree portions were generous. The lighting is down to a science, a candle + table lamp + warm overhead lighting made for the perfect romantic ambiance. I loved that they were playing jazz but it was just light enough that the primary sounds were the bones and bustling of the restaurant and patrons enjoying their evening. We will absolutely be back for another meal (or two or three).
