One of the best places in Provincetown for food. The service is on point and the hospitality is better than anywhere else in the area. Menu is small but has something for everyone, and the food is incredible. Limited drink menu. Space is small and cozy.
Appetizer of Caesar salad and octopus. Main course was Linguini Vongole. Would get it all again.
Fudge at the end of the meal for a sweet ending.
Recommended.

Would give this place 10 stars if I could. The hospitality we were met with as we barely stepped foot through the threshold is what I’ve only dreamt of. It’s truly an amazing experience from the atmosphere and service to the delicious food. Bonus points if you get to meet Sam. Love love love the best experince I have ever had.

Dining at Sals is an experience. We sat at a candlelit table on the dock, watching the sunset and listening to the waves. Inside, the space is teeming with classic Cape Cod charm: cozy, lively, and full of local character. Prices are high and can feel a bit inconsistent, but the overall experience makes it worth it. Our food was very good as was the service, from the host to the water boy to our wonderful server Ivan, we really felt welcome and taken care of.

We had dinner at Sal’s on the recommendation from a friend once he realized we were on the Cape, and we were so glad we did! The food was spectacular with both the Caesar salad and eggplant parm getting rave reviews from everyone at the table. What put an already phenomenal experience over the top, however, was the service. Travis was the best server any of us had ever encountered, and he ensured we will sing the praises of this place for years to come.

If its not the best restaurant in town, its definitely the best dinner we had, PERIOD. Everyone loves their orders of main and sharing of appetisers. The tuna steak that I had is the best I have ever tasted (no kidding). Slightly seared on the outside and still raw inside just how you would have your prime steak soft to chew and not tough. The shoe string fries and eggplant chunks complements the fish very well. The chicken carbonara is delish !! And so as the fresh seafood used for the pasta dishes.
The cocktails were delicious and very strong and it’s not for light drinkers. The focaccia breads and chocolate fudge with sea-salt were like the best supporting role in a movie. Last but not the least, a great restaurant cant operate without the soft skills of your server and kitchen staffs. Thank you Erdo for taking care of our big table and the kitchen for dishing out very very memorable foods.

Let me just start by saying I don’t write reviews often, but had to for this place. We completely ran into this place by chance. The owner saw us peeking in and gave us an impromptu tour stating that they are closing now but we should come back tomorrow. She was so welcoming and warm we ended up coming back the next night and what a great decision! The service here is amazing, folks seem like they enjoy working here and I think that’s a reflection of the owners. We were not looking to eat a lot so we only ordered an appetizer and main course and they were nice enough to split both dishes for us on individual plates. Pasta was incredibly well cooked and the seafood in it was fresh. The Cesar salad was one of the best we’ve had. Once done with the dinner and the complementary fudge they offer, I realized it was cash only. Service staff offered us to come back next morning and pay! Since we were leaving early next morning I went to get cash and while my girlfriend waited she was offered even more complimentary chocolates! Honestly this place made our trip to p-town, can’t recommend them enough!

I am not gonna even rave about the amazing Spanish octopus I had, though it’s worth raving because it was absolutely juicy and fantastic! Sal’s Place is an institution. It’s a must visit and must eat/try spot in P-Twon. Nothing beats the atmosphere over there. Run by a fab lovin’ family, that runs this place to this day! We we absolutely love their spot, and my son Lucas has been going there since he’s a baby & they do make these pastas that children love too so family friendly!! My son loves their bread too.

We had a later reservation, but we were happy just to get in to Sal’s!
We sat inside and found the dining room to be cozy and intimate.
Our main dishes were delayed and they graciously took an appetizer off the bill. The staff was the best around and worked like a machine to keep the restaurant running and guests happy.
Food was all perfectly seasoned and prepared to perfection.
Definitely plan in advance to get a reservation when traveling to PTown!

This one is a gem. Very well-run with terrific service from sweet & kind staff. The cocktails were Ah-maz-ing!! Don’t skip on one. The Arugula and Caesar salads were excellent. However one of the favorite dishes of the evening was the Charred Octopus appetizer. Tender with WOW flavors. Should be an entree. Next was the Halibut Picatta. Quite delicious. The Meatballs appetizer, Seafood Fradiavolo, and Eggplant Parmesan entrees were all good. Happened to sit at the outdoor table closest to the soft breaking harbor waves and breezes. Just a heavenly evening!

Honestly, lived up to the hype. The staff was amazing, the food felt like home cooked Italian goodness, and we soaked up every moment on the beautiful deck.
