I’ve only ordered from here 3 times, 2 times for delivery the first after moving into our new home and I picked up once. Seems like a nice establishment even inside.
The pizza was super good, all our help moving that evening were exceptionally happy with the choice that was made at Sals.
The pizza wasn’t greasy at all, the perfect amount of cheese and sauce- very tasty!
We ordered thin crust and that was yummy too, not to thin like crackers.
I’ve had cheaper pizzas but I think this pizza was totally worth it! Just loved that taste overall! Our pizza was delivered quickly and with hot food within the time told- very fast.
Service was good down to the delivery person we had.
We love this establishment! When we’re able would like to eat in there and try some other things.

Where to begin with Sal’s? When we moved last spring, we decided to get 3 small pizzas from places in town at once to do a true taste test. Sal’s was the clear winner! We get pizza from here at least once a week, and it never disappoints! We’ve also ordered from them for party catering along with pizzas, and it was the talk of our party! People kept asking where everything was from. Sal’s is the spot!

Ordered some pizza from here for the first time and did delivery. They answered phone promptly and were super profesional and friendly taking order. Got a large sausage and pepperoni and used a promo deal to get a 6 pack of soda included ! The pizza was phenomenal and the crust was spot on. They don’t skimp on toppings either. Delivery was fast and the pizza was super hot. Will definitely be visiting again soon .

Went out for drinks only just before Thanksgiving. The bartender was awesome and didn’t miss a beat. She kept the drinks full and very talkative. The place was full of people eating Sals famous pizza. Love the chill vibe!

Yesterday was are first time ordering from here, and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious!! It’s the best pizza we had in a long time. They give you the perfect amount of toppings, cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh even the spinach. Phone service was good, we had delievery they said within a hour I think it only took 30 min, food was hot and so good! We definitely will be going back.

If you’re getting the pizza togo your in luck the thin crust sausage pizza something I can vouch for. Anything else it’s up to the chef that day. My family dined in the other day ; my Italian sausage was burn and bitter in my combo sandwich, my son’s buttered noodles was ice cold, and all the fountain drinks tasted like tap water. I’ve learnt my lesson, togo togo togo pizza please.

So…I’m just going to say it. This is the place. I moved out this way in 2021 and my priority was to find my pizza spot. And Sal’s is it. Could not recommend higher. Love when I come in for a pick up, sit at the bar and have a beer while I wait. The whole attitude is great. Love it.

This rating is for the pizza and service; my Long Island ICE Tea was not good. Switched to good old RC cola though, and the experience improved greatly. The pizza brought back memories of Mangia Pizza on Belmont (long gone) whose owners moved to Algonquin and expanded to Huntley. I’ll wager this is the best pizza in the county.

This place used to be amazing however the last four pizza’s I have ordered have tasted rubbery, like they have been sitting for a long long time. I’m also having a problem with the toppings. I’m a vegetarian myself but my partner is not so we explicitly ask for the toppings to stay on one side and they continually put the meat over most of my sides also. This allows for 2 pieces for me running the rest of the pizza. I’m highly disappointed and never write reviews.

In town for the first time at a great Airbnb, being just two blocks away we have heard a lot of good thing, we ordered about an hour before they closed and they took our order that was a big order for this close to closing time, but they happily took our order gave us an hour window but to our surprise only took about 25-30 mins, the food was good we eat a lot of pizza, we tried both thin crust and deep dish both were awesome, only thing we thought could have been better is that they use canned mushrooms, we just prefer fresh but sals didn’t disappoint my Pizza luvin family, there was four of us and our order was way more than what we needed, we will grab a pie or slice next time we are up this way, maybe spend the day in town and grab a slice, awesome little town Huntley IL turned out to be for us
