I come here a lot and I absolutely love the pizza!! everything is always great! There’s an employee I especially appreciate, his name is Rami. He’s always respectful, patient, and kind. I’ve never had a single problem with him. I know work can get stressful, especially for young employees, but he consistently shows such a positive attitude. I’ve honestly never felt the need to leave a review about an employee before, but he truly deserves the recognition. He’s a big reason why I continue to come back to Sal’s. If you go, I guarantee he’ll make your visit even better! ❤️

Had a great experience here. The pizza was really good—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can tell quality ingredients are used, and everything tasted well put together. For dessert, I’d definitely recommend the Bavarian. It was a perfect way to finish the meal and didn’t disappoint at all. Overall, solid food and a place I’d easily recommend and come back to again.

Worst pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered from Sal’s Pizza in Dearborn Heights through DoorDash and immediately regretted it. The pizza arrived with vegetables added that I never asked for, which tells me they either don’t read orders or don’t care. The quality of the pizza itself was terrible — bland, poorly made, and honestly felt rushed and careless. Since this was my first time ordering from Sal’s, I expected at least a decent experience. Instead, it was a complete letdown. When I called the store to address the issue, the employee I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and acted like the problem was somehow my fault. His response was basically, “Sorry, this is how we make our pizza,” with zero effort to fix anything or show any concern for the customer. Customer service was just as bad as the food. No apology that felt genuine, no solution offered, and no accountability at all. It felt like they simply don’t care whether customers are satisfied or not. I should’ve trusted the bad reviews I saw before ordering. I tried to give them a chance, and they completely failed in every way — food quality, accuracy, and customer service. I will never order from Sal’s again, and I strongly recommend anyone considering it to save their money and order literally anywhere else. There are far better pizza places with better food and far better customer service than this place.

Ordered pizza several times without an issue. Was having a birthday party and decided to order from here once again. Was told there is a party pizza so I decided on that. This pizza is totally different from the pizza we regularly order. On top of the pizza being thick I would guess 1 1/2 inches of thick hard bread the entire thing was burnt. The owner Tony did not seem to care about the compliant. Said if I bring the pizza back he will give a refund. He was present when the pizza was picked up and apparently is okay with serving burned pizza to his customers. Will never order from here again. A pizza that children won’t eat can’t be good!!!

I ordered a pizza for delivery from Sal’s Pizza in Dearborn Heights. When it arrived, I took my first slice and immediately noticed the chicken tasted raw/undercooked, literally like uncooked chicken. This is not just a quality issue, it’s a health and safety concern.i called the store to address it and was transferred between three different people before finally reaching the owner. Instead of listening or taking responsibility, he dismissed my concern, repeatedly said he’s been using the same recipe for 13 years, ignored the fact that the chicken was undercooked, then cussed at me and hung up.This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. The food was unsafe, and the customer service was even worse. I will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Placed an order at the Dearborn Heights location. Pizza was was ok. Chicken Tenders dinner was ok. THE SUBS are absolutely disgusting. See the pictures below. The order was for a chicken bacon ranch sub and chicken Parmesan minus the tomatoes. I paid over $50 for garbage. I called and spoke with Tony who is so rude and has a horrible attitude. The subs literally had little scrap cubes of chicken a sprinkle of bacon looked like bacon bits covered up with lettuce and tomato. All he was saying is that he would remake the food. I told him no thanks if it’s going to be the same way. Clamming he sells 150 subs a day. More like 150 loaves of bread. What a joke. This place won’t ever get another dollar from me or my family. Keep up like this and they won’t last very long in this area with the competition they have around them.

This doesn’t even deserve one star. The pizza and fries came moldy and cold. I’d fasted all day, excited to eat some sals for the first time. I dropped 100 bucks and arranged a party with me and my friends and it instantly died down as they struggled to swallow the nasty pizza and fries. Wings tasted like rubber and were nasty, I requested a 2-Liter Coke , and to my surprise, it wasn’t included. I asked for a refund, and they put me on hold several times and then ended the call, unable to fulfill my request. Said they’ll call
back, it’s been 30 minutes still no call. Where’d the cajun on the fries go? Why is there mold on this rock solid pizza? Why do the fries taste moldy and why are they stale?
