As far as pizza chains go, I think this is just about as good as it gets. You get a lot of food for the price, especially if you use one of their coupons. I used the ‘three giants’ coupon, and had food for 3 people that lasted us two days in leftovers for less than $40.00. The atmosphere is ‘meh’, just carry out or get it delivered.

I’ve been living in the Western Branch area for about a year and this is my first time ordering at this location. Sals is usually a favorite of my family but I probably wouldn’t order from this location again.
I live 1.3 miles away from the restaurant but after spending all day spring cleaning.. I did a delivery order through their website. I ordered a special, additional menu items, plates and tipped. $60, not too bad. Took about an hour to come, as the website stated.
No plates.
The garlic knots are bite sized.
Both pizzas were undercooked… cheese wasn’t even melted.
I called them and they remade the pizza. It took them another hour and the pizza was still just a mess. So now I have 4 boxes of mediocre pizza, bland chicken wings and bite sized garlic knots.
The two stars are only because the price was different and they tried to fix their mess up.

Stay away from here! Food is disgusting ordered veggie calzone with mozzarella and ricotta cheese neither in calzone. I believe they are drunk. Husband ordered spaghetti and sausage sent meatballs with a hot dog bun for a piece of bread. Pathetic. Run from here go somewhere else PLEASE.

Pizza is 5/5 ⭐️ for the overall quality. Great NY pizza. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza with chicken and the first pizza we got only had the chicken and none of the vegetables. I called back to the manager and with a little bit of hassle and back-and-forth they cooked another pizza complimentary. Outcome regarding service was good but the “customer service” / friendliness leaves a little to be desired.

There are many Sal’s restaurants all over the 757 but not like this one! The people here are so welcoming and inviting. The pizza was so good the kids and I enjoy It. It is a little pricey but nothing short of amazing.

I always order from this location. But I’m not ordering from here ever again. Tonight I ordered a baked dinner, it is supposed to come with salad and garlic bread, they didnt give me the garlic bread at all. Also my favorite menu item they carry is their fried ravioli….and tonight there naked ravioli.. I guess I have to bread them myself? You lost a loyal customer tonight.
