on time delivery_ hot food hot_ salad chilled_ good prices_ average/ok to pretty good food. prices good/low.
Sammy T’s of Fraser
1st time ordering- ordered a variety- 3.5 stars.
Pizza- average. large for $8-ish_ i ordered square and it looked and tasted like a round pizza shaped into a squarish shape. not nearly as good as little caesar’s, papa romano’s, jet’s, dolly’s or passport pizza. the pepperoni was good- a nice seasoned/spicy taste- cup pepperoni.
would not order pizza again.
sammy stix_ average. heavy on butter and garlic- greasy- no parmesan cheese that i noticed_ sorta thin and hard- like day old bread. Nothing like crazy bread or the bread stix from papa romano’s and dolly’s. large portion and came with 2 small sides of marinara sauce. grubhub had coupon – get these free with $20 order.
i would not order again.
fried mozzarella cheese sticks- GOOD- just like other places that buy frozen cheese sticks. a generous 8 sticks for only $4-ish_ and a side of marinara sauce.
i would order again.
spinach pie- OK_ a puff pastry type bread stuffed with spinach, onions, olive oil, spices. about the size to fit in your palm. at only $1.60-ish each, an ok xtra. would b better with some cheese.
Italian Sausage with sauteed green pepper and onions on a bun_ VERY GOOD_ also a very good value at $4-ish_ it taste just like it should- only way 2 taste better would be barbecued/grilled sausage.
would order again
AntiPasto Salad_ GOOD_ small size was $5.50-ish and weighs approx 1 pound_ salami, ham, cheese, pepperoncini chii pepper, black olives, parmesan, lettuce. looks very good- didn’t try it yet. i don’t like peppers and they did substitute cucumbers/tomatos 4 the peppers. there was no choice of salad dressing but it did come with 2 small sides of a creamy looking dressing.
overall- prices r good/low- food is average/ok to pretty good. u get your money’s worth. u should try it.
The family that owns and runs the store are so friendly, Mama Amy does all the cooking from scratch…
The food is excellent. I highly recommend this party store in Fraser as I have never had a bad experience. The location is near my home and makes this a convenient place to shop.
I am satisfied with the pizza. As for the wings, I had the honey garlic. You can tell the sauce was home made which was nice, and it did taste good, I just wish the wings were a little bit more crispier in the skin.
Other then that I highly suggest trying them.
