WOW… Service was perfect over the top like it used to be,atmosphere spot on- impeccably clean. Food was amazing Caprese Salad was the best we’ve ever had we couldn’t stop eating it same with the Margherita Pizza asked for extra Basil it was shredded on the pie. Top Shelf…I didn’t get a picture of the Caprese Salad cause we attacked it.We will be back Friday night.

I just left Sal’s. My sister who lives in Delray Beach loves this restaurant and took me while I’m in town visiting and I know now why! The food was excellent. I had the chicken francese and it was probably the best I ever had (and I order it many places). Our server was Taj and he was amazing and very attentive. Found my new favorite in Delray Beach and will definitely be back!

My friend took me to Sal’s Italian Ristorante — I didn’t realize it was a chain. We ordered Sal’s Favorite pizza and really enjoyed it. The garlic bread was flavorful and garlicky, though a bit too oily, and unfortunately served cold — it would’ve been much better warm.
The interior was dimly lit, and the booth seating was uncomfortably tight. Even as a slim person, I felt cramped at the table.
Service was attentive and friendly, which I appreciated.
Overall, giving 3 stars due to the uncomfortable seating and lackluster ambience, despite the decent food and good service.

Placed a DoorDash order and the restaurant does not allow you to write specifics. So I called in, to request they hold mushrooms and sub mozzarella for provolone cheese. Both people I spoke with seemed super out out, even though that’s their job. Great food but if the people act put out for simple requests, it kinda kills the vibe. Unfortunate

Don’t let the fact that it’s in a strip mall fool you. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Jimmy was really attentive. Large portions definitely enough to share. Garlic bread was phenomenal. If I live close by, I would go all the time!!

Ordered a catering delivery for an office luncheon. The food quality was excellent and tasty. The office staff loved it and kept raving about it. The restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating. Will order from them again in the future.

Ordered takeout on Halloween. It took over an hour for stuffed shells, chicken Marsala and a 12” pizza. The food was put sideways in a bag so it was all squished on one side of the container, the Marsala was poorly seasoned, really no flavor at all, like if the staff just gave up, evidenced as well by the pizza which was not only undercooked and stuck to the paper…. But also very little cheese and missing two toppings that I ordered ( pepperoni and pineapple. Thanks sals for selling out and appearantly giving up for the evening.
This wasn’t placed just before closing either, maybe around 7:00.
By the time I reached back home to discover such a debacle with my order, I gave up. No way was I going back. For what? To wait another hour ? No thanks. I probably will not be back.

First time here. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Pam who is a huge help around the establishment clearing tables and making sure every customer is helped and seated. Lindsay my waitress was kind and carefully took my order and answered any questions I had about the menu. This place is going to be one of my new spots. The lunch special is $7.99 and I was surprised by the large serving of pizza and salad. Service was excellent and the food tasted so good. I ate it all. I will be returning!

It was a pick up. Had a meatball hero. It looked like they split up a half a meatball. It was the thinnest sandwich I’ve ever had. It tasted like cheese. And really small. I could have had 5 of those.

Worst experience ever, waitress Sophie or Sophia was totally inept, took our order, brought food (could not remember who ordered what, we were a COUPLE) and after main meal was dropped off and we were part way through, then asked if we wanted rolls. When asked for a doggie bag she came by and very quickly pushed my leftovers into the box and then dropped part of the food on the table. Then when I handed her a coupon that I had sitting on the table in plain sight the whole time since we sat down, then and only then did she say ” we had this discussion and you cannot use the coupon with an early bird”. “WE” never had any discussion about this, she said she had spoken with her manager to verify and then told us. We just got the news when paying the tab…
I told her I would not argue and that she DID NOT advise me of the exclusions of the coupon.
