Great food, great drinks, and always a good vibe. It’s one of those places you can count on for a fun night out. The staff is always friendly and everything we’ve had there has been really good.
I also want to give them a shoutout for supporting the community. I work for the Crime Victims’ Center and they generously donated food for one of our events in February and gave us gift cards to raffle at our big event in September.
Businesses that support local organizations and causes like that deserve recognition. Huge thank you to James for being so supportive of our mission. It really means a lot.

I can’t tell if it’s on its way up or on the way down. The food was pretty good but not outstanding. The service was not so much. It was someone’s first night waiting tables. Who schedules someone to wait tables for the very first time on a Saturday after a football game? That’s what you do on Tuesday. They managed however, with little guidance from the management. Management was busy putting out fires elsewhere. 2 tables walked out because the service was bad. The manager just threw his hands in the air and watched them walk. I just don’t think there was much training for the servers or the manager. Back of the house seemed to have their game together as they ran their own food. It was good, not great, but it was hot and fresh. It might be getting better and going through growing pains or it might be getting worse and the good employees are leaving. You’ll have to let me know, there are plenty of other better places to eat in West Chester.

Went to dinner on a Saturday night. Ordered the Mac and cheese with bacon as an appetizer. Very cheesy but really had no flavor. For dinner we ordered the chicken parm sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger. We didn’t like the sauce on the sandwich thought it was really sweet. The bacon cheeseburger was small and something I could make at home, nothing special. The bacon on it was good. We ordered the fried cheesecake which I thought was good.

I love Saloon, this is my go to place for wings and whiskey. Their wings are top notch! They have tons of whiskey to pick from too! The only complaint I have is the volume of the music, it is LOUD. But overall a great spot.

Food was amazing, fresh and delicious! We had the cheesy Tater tots as an app and they were cooked to perfection! Scallops were fresh and melt in your mouth yummy, I had it with the agave lime and it was so very tasty! My friend had the fiesta platter with shrimp, she loved every bite and such a big portion she took half of it home. Nice atmosphere, gets loud when the place fills up but truly a great place to eat and grab a drink!

Used to love getting food from here, but things seem to have changed. Not sure if there’s a new chef or if they’re trying something different, but lately the food has been lacking flavor and just hasn’t been great. We’ve specifically noticed that anything with beef—like the Crunchwrap or the taco flatbread—has had a super odd texture and hasn’t tasted very good.
We ate here a month or two ago and didn’t have a great experience: frozen guac, bland meat with weird texture, and when we mentioned it to our waitress she didn’t seem to care much. She just took it away and comped part of our meal.
We ordered takeout last night to give it another try, and the Crunchwrap was the same and the mac and cheese was very bland and dry. Overall just a little disappointing. Hoping they can make some changes, or this is going to turn into a drinks-only spot for us.

Food was okay, bartenders were drinking behind the bar which I could not ignore, pretty sure that is why the service was slow. I understand everyone having a good time, but as a customer I felt like they cared more about their next drink than mine.
