The space is beautiful, you feel like you’re in a secret garden. But the good things end there. We ordered a cappuccino, which was already at $8. And a cortado for $6. The cappucino didn’t look like your typical cappucino, and it didn’t taste very good either, it tasted watered down. The cortado looked like what you would expect for a cappuccino, but unfortunately it was too hot and the espresso tasted burnt. I was very disappointed since they advertised themselves as a coffee roaster place.

We ordered an avocado toast with smoked salmon for an eye popping $28. It was pretty basic. We paid for $55 with tips for 3 items. For the money we paid, and the value, it was overall just disappointing.

You can find better coffee and food elsewhere.

This charming and cozy spot in the South Beach area is a great find! The menu offers a well-balanced selection—enough variety to satisfy different tastes without feeling overwhelming.

The only small drawback is the coffee, which could use a slight improvement. I’m quite particular about coffee, so that might just be me, but overall, it’s a lovely place worth visiting!

I wanted to like Salon du Cafe. It has a great ambiance and a nice setup, even if it’s a bit overpriced (miami beach).

Unfortunately, the coffee was truly terrible. I ordered a cortado and it was, without exaggeration, the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had – bitter, burnt, and almost tasted spoiled. I’ve been drinking coffee for decades but this one will forever stand out in my memory as the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

The place has potential, but they need to fix their coffee.

Hi, I only would like to rate the Matcha – I didn’t eat something. I’m sorry, it’s very overpriced (14$ for iced matcha latte) and the prepare it with their coffee machine – could be temperature controlled, but didn’t taste like this. Plus: organic matcha powder. Anyways, with high prices come high expectations which were clearly not met.

We always come here when we are in town. It’s tucked away inside a quiet little garden, making for the perfect atmosphere to ease into your morning. The coffee is super high quality and we love their granola parfait!

It was ok. I was having meetings with different people but got kicked out because they have a 45min rule. Was still drinking my Mate and the place was half empty. Nice environment but not a great experience.

Beautiful garden cafe. Try the mushroom coffee! A relaxing, green oasis in the middle of Miami.

This quaint cafe is tucked inside a rainforest backdrop as part of The Cadet Hotel. My husband and I have visited this cafe 3 times as we return each visit to Miami. It’s nice that it’s off the main drag so it creates a quiet, secluded atmosphere which maximizes quality conversation as you feel you have the entire cafe to yourself. To top it off, the staff welcomes you and meets your every need. The food and coffee is also top notch. Check it out, you will love it too.

I really wanted to like this place because the location and vibe are great, but the service completely missed the mark. The two employees working during my visit were very unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. To make it worse, I was charged $28 for a coffee and a croissant, which is unreasonable. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in Miami until this visit. Management seriously needs to address customer service.

This place is a gem! Incredible atmosphere and coffee. It feels like you’ve arrived in the right spot. Luscious tropical plants usher you to the courtyard and the coffee and comfort of the surroundings were just perfect. Looks like the perfect place to set up a laptop for the day also. So happy I came across this beauty.
