The Baseline
The Baseline: For Filipino fine dining, the food the flavors need to be authentic with the flavors of the Philippines , the portions have to be properly sized, the service must be great, and the restaurant must be comfortable and stylish.
Food: The food is okay and has authentic Filipino flavors. The Crispy Pata is worth it but it is a big bunch-o-pork hit. The fresh lumpia was good and the eggplant was just grilled eggplant. The garlic rice is a must if you come here and get vinegar to break up the massive pork fat hit you will get dining here.
Service: We got served and it was okay service.
Ambiance: It is a nice strip mall restaurant with easy parking. The bathroom wasn’t immaculate and that is the nicest way of saying that.

Authentic Filipino restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We ordered garlic fried rice, seafood platter, lechon kawali and sinigang. Large portions too. There was so much left over we took it home. Plenty of seating. Good for large parties. We will be back again.

Our first time and we had a great time! Our server is very nice and we didn’t wait that long. I ordered pata tim and my husband ordered breakfast combo. We love it! Tastes so good! Oh and I think the serving size is pretty good.

Oh, you’ll never be disappointed in Salo-salo. The Pinoy flavor is always present. We ordered a meat platter (lechon kawali, fried chicken, crispy Pata, fried pork ribs), daing na bangus, pinakbet (taste good but too watery), breakfast plate (tocino, longganisa, tapa), and friend lumpia.
The service is always excellent, very attentive, and friendly. The portion is always good for sharing!

Revisited this local Filipino restaurant. I love the outdoor dining and the new furniture they have after their remodel. I support small businesses because it supports the community. So my cousin and I went to enjoy brunch last Saturday. Staff are friendly. They are Covid19 implemented.
But let’s talk about the food. Fresh cooked pancit noodles is delicious. The egg rolls were crispy outside like it should be and piping hot inside. The Barbeque combo plate and the breakfast combo plate are good for one but worth to share. If you want to have some good food and enjoy lunch or dinner with your friends and family, try this place out. Happy Eating! If you like this review, please let me know. And support small business because it matters. Have a good day!
