A little bit of a wait for service despite getting seated fast… But the real reason for the three stars on the service is that I ordered my dessert to go when our dinner was done… The wait for my dessert was close to a half hour… The person who came with me actually went to wait in the car because it took so long… This was literally the only downside to our visit.

The ambience is truly my favorite part. The décor is thoughtful and intentional, creating an inviting space that’s perfect for a dinner with friends, family, or even a date night. The food never disappoints—I especially enjoy the pastel de milho (a fried pastel stuffed with tuna), the roasted chicken plate with rice and roasted potatoes, the Cajun chicken pasta, and the pan-seared salmon. The drinks are also excellent; my go-to choices are the espresso martini and the Moscow mule. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for great food, drinks, and atmosphere.

I said ok can the cook make me another one. SHE GOES WHY WOULD THE COOK MAKE YOU ANOTHER BURGER FOR A FLIE. HES MOT DOING THAT. SO apparently flies on your food is a normal thing to her in there. SMH A Whole dirty file was on my food lady. EVERYTIME THE FLIE LANDS THEY POOP! MY DATE FELT BAD AND BOUGHT ME A WHOLE NEW ORDER. It was only one slider but she refused!

We tend to head to Boston to find the best restaurants when Salo Bar & Grill is right next door. This Brockton Gem defines once again how culturally aware and diverse our community is. You won’t need to drive far to explore and enjoy delicious CapVerdean earthy and large portions meals. You can feel the love, the care and attention invested in this place. Well decorated, amazing staff, awesome bar, great location. My advice, run and visit now.

Amazing ambiance and the food is amazing! Great presentation and very pleasant staff. I am from Hartford CT but the drive was definitely worth it! Great stop on the way home or just arriving in the area! Definitely will be back! Desert was amazing! And drinks were definitely hitting!
I wasn’t going to make it in time before the kitchen closed so I had to order on the uber eats app ahead of time, I wasn’t able to sit and enjoy my food when I got there and partied a little after! 10 out of 10! No complaints.

My experience was excellent from the time we arrived till the time we left. Our waiters was attentive friendly and knowledgeable. The food and the drinks was delicious everything we tried was delicious. I love that the owner and the chef came to the table to check on how was the food was and how we were doing.

I had an amazing experience at Salo Bar & Grill. The owner Salo gave a warm welcoming as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere was great. Our waitress Theresa was amazing. She had so many tables to serve but she always checked on us. The lemon drop martini and calamari to start was great. The seafood platter was amazing the seasoning was beyond amazing!! The presentation was absolutely amazing!! The dessert was amazing as well. Was a warm cake with ice cream. The caipirinha passion fruit, sangue d’ Beirona were taste as well. Overall from the second we arrived till we left it was an amazing experience. We will be returning again!!

I had the pleasure to come here on the grand opening, and had stopped by on two more occasions. The staff is very helpful and very nice very nice atmosphere. The food was very good. Theresa and Mina are amazing definitely recommend trying them out they have variety of choices. You will find something you like.

Food came quick but food had literally no flavor whatsoever. Had the chimichurri steak with rice and was wondering how could steak have no flavor or seasoning it’s easy to cook imo . Otherwise the setup was ok and the service was good .
