We select the best quality salmon from Alaska, Scotland, Canada and Norway. We take advantage of using the whole fish. We use the belly for the raw salmon dishes; the belly fat can spread all over the mouth and melt in your tongue. We use the middle portion for the main course; the thick slices of fish gives the most original taste and maintain their juiciness when cooked.

Salmon bar is as advertised: a great place to get salmon in many different forms. On a weeknight we were able to roll in, get seated, have a great meal, and not overpay. Really enjoyed the presentation and flavor of the smoked salmon and all their sushi was very nice. It’s not a place for a “fancy” dining experience but we were very happy with the end result and would likely get take out next time.

Had a great time dining here during the Happy Hour. Ordered the calamari rings, seaweed salad, salmon nachos and salmon roll. The salmon nacho was quite special and really tastes like nachos. The salmon roll was delicious and was my favorite. Staff is friendly, place is clean and the prices are affordable. Will be back!

Absolutely amazing seafood, especially salmon, but not limited with it. Amazing torched scallops, Hamachi kama, and salmon dinner. Roasted prawns are good but I think they are better grilled.

Great lunch special. Fish was so fresh and sweet esp compared to a few other places in the area , def fresher than I’ve been able to get at the grocery stores. Shocked by how perfectly grilled the salmon was, rareish and soft on the inside with a good crust on the outside. Portions were huge, including the ginger/wasabi side dish. Server was super attentive and kept our water glasses full.

A friend and I went on a Monday evening around 630 for dinner, it was a great choice. We had the salmon, roll, volcano, garlic edamame, rainbow, roll, torched, Hokkaido salmon nachos which instead of chips they use Japanese mint, tempura fried. It was absolutely delectable. Omg the nachos were incredibly crispy crunchy perfectly balanced bites. The smoked hokkaido( scallops) were soft yet charred just enough and the roe was nice n fresh. Volcano is a specialty I definitely see why it is and the rolls were typical well executed rolls. Come support this gem. The service was efficient, waiter was polite, decor is beautiful, the bathroom was clean.

Got the captain, dragon, and salmon bar roll. Each one was perfectly made and flavorful without being overwhelming. You can tell they are an expert in what they make. Also, the curry croquet was deliciously fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Chicken yakitori was sizable and tastes like what you would expect from a Japanese restaurant.
Very well priced, each roll was about $13-$16 and they offer daily specials such as beer for $2 and sparkling sake for $7.
We came in hungry and ordered 3 rolls and 2 appetizers which was just about enough for 2 people.
Casual ambiance and everything is pretty new as they opened a year ago. Highly rec!

The best specialty seafood place in town. The food comes extremely quick, the staff is very friendly, and the food itself is delicious. It is amazing how many dishes you can make with salmon. We get 5 or so dishes every time we visit. I will never get tired eating here.
