Anytime I stroll by Sally’s and it happens to be a Thursday-Sunday, there’s absolutely no way I can resist going in. I love that every time I go I can be sure to find a treat that I haven’t tried before. My favorite is the cinnamon roll because the frosting is *chef’s kiss*. Better than all the amazing goodies that are homemade by the owners daily, is the owners themselves who are always kind, welcoming and so active in our community. Anytime there is a festivity, Sally’s is out and about handing out sample goodies. I love chatting with them. I have never once had a bad experience at Sally’s. We are so lucky to have this business in Canon City!

Moved to Canon City early November. Wanted to find a local bakery for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Little did I know I would find my go-to bakery! Ordered some Lemon Bars and while I was there….decided to try some Keylime Squares they had made. One word for both, “PERFECT”!!! Just the right amount of tangy and sweet! They both went great with coffee…..and if you’re like me…..a cigar. I would highly recommend them for any of your bakery needs!

What a gem in Cañon City! My first experience was cinnamon rolls while visiting my daughter. After that, Sally’s baked a wide variety of delectable pastries and quiches for a baby shower. Everything was beautiful and delicious! I stop in every time I’m in Cañon City, and haven’t yet had anything less than wonderful! And the people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, too!

Every time we go, people are nice (especially the high-school kids) food is excellent and we are never disappointed. We’ve gone there anticipating what they have promoted for the day, and even when those are out, we still leave with exceptionally delicious treats. Everything is light and fluffy, nothing too rich. Top things we love: ricotta rolls, cinnamon toast muffin, cream puffs, eclairs and tarts. I mean, every single thing we have tried has been wonderful! This place is a true gem that offers a variety of baked goods, and I can’t wait to try their lunch options. Worth the trip, I can’t express it enough!

Sally’s Bakery is amazing! I gladly drive there from Pueblo West and am never disappointed. The pie bites and cinnamon rolls are my favorites. I’ve purchased holiday boxes and taken them three hours away to share with my family. My boyfriend LOVES the jalapeño popper handpies and twisters.

Our family loves Sallys! It is our go to place for breakfast or just a morning treat. The gluten free donuts are amazing!! Our gf kids are always so excited to be included in the bakery experience. We are so grateful for such a sweet family working so hard to bring the best pastries to Canon city!

Got greedy and ate some the curry bread roll before I took a photo. Amazing baked goods, my son absolutely devoured 2 gluten free donuts (usually only eats the frosting off donuts). We absolutely loved the savory breads and hope they keep a curry one around often! Came from Pueblo to try and it did not disappoint !

We came to Sally’s after a trail race looking for the perfect sweet and boy did we find it. Everything is made from scratch fresh daily.
Our only mistake was arriving at 12:30 as I would have wanted a box full of their treats!
I’m not sure why they still had 2 cream puffs and pecan bars as they were both fabulous and didn’t make it 10 minutes down the road!
If you are in Cañon City- this is the place to go.
