I had a terrible experience at Salish Winds Restaurant. I ordered a burger, and it came 90% burned, completely inedible. To make things worse, they forgot the cheese. When I asked for it, the server brought out a slice of freezing cold cheese on a plate!!!!!! It was unacceptable.
The server did apologize, and I wasn’t charged for the meal, but it’s insane that they would even cook and serve something that bad. This was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS “RESTAURANT”.

Second visit to this restaurant. It’s tucked away from the main road but if you’re road tripping in the vicinity of Elwha River, Lake Sutherland, Lake Crescent or heading towards Forks, this is a good place to eat.
Food is reasonably priced and service is fast. The server even told us to apply for the casino card for discount on the food. All in all, our meal was $30 and change for 3. Portions are rather generous and food is tasty. Loved the tater tots and their chowder.
If you keep driving towards Port Angeles , food prices will startle you. Eat here. You will not regret it. Oh, and rest rooms are nice and clean, and minors are allowed to walk through to eat at the restaurant.

Was looking for some food after a long day in the park. The casino back home in NY always has great food so we figured we’d give this one a try. It was great! Prices are extremely reasonable, portions are big and the food was fantastic. I got a burger and my wife got a flatbread. Service was very quick and pleasant. And if you want to try your luck on the slot machines they’re right there for you. We’ll definitely be back.

I have been here often. My wife and I really enjoy the fish and chips, the meatloaf sandwich, the street tacos, and the prime rib. The service staff is always friendly and our orders are always accurate. We will always recommend Salish Winds to family and friends for a night of good fun and slot machines.

They offer me free food, I don’t use it. Ate there 5 times. Service is slooow. Food is bad. Wings are baby quail size, even the BLT wasn’t good. Tried the steak, tough, overcooked. Tried the clams, ate 2 and threw them away…bad.

All the food we’ve eaten was good, service is slow, but if you go in expecting that, you’re fine. As a bonus sign up for the players club and get 10% off, plus there is no tax.
