Special thanks to Tammy, who is always so friendly and attentive, making us feel especially cared for after a long and tiring day. The shower room and washrooms here are extremely nice, clean, and comfortable, washing away all the fatigue from our journey. Hot showers, spotless bathrooms, and a safe, spacious parking lot make this Irving Big Stop a perfect rest stop for travelers, RVs, and truckers. Tammy’s dedication keeps the environment spotless and welcoming.
This is our second time here — the first time we stopped, seeing so many trucks parked outside almost scared us away, but Tammy gave us unexpected warmth, making us feel like we had discovered a whole new world.

The Salisbury Big Stop ironically called the Silver Fox for those who know. A very busy yet fast service restaurant. The food has always been good, fast service, reasonably priced. Sorry no pics of food this time but I had a hot hamburger platter. It was very good.
Definitely recommend this place if you are travelling from Fredericton to Moncton check it out.

Went for dinner tonight, the host and waitress were nice. Food came out quick and was ok. Burgers were pre-packaged type, fries were good. What really ruined dinner was the loud construction noise happening in the resteraunt. It sounded like power tools were being used in the back. It was 5 30 and the resteraunt was decently full and everyone looked confused. Couldn’t hear anything and put a damper on the evening.

Kenzie was absolutely amazing, her desert suggestion of coconut pie with scoop of ice creamit was so tasty . Pan-fried haddock with loaded bake potato . Food came hot and very tasty. Great atmosphere. Price was very reasonable.

The service was fast. The menu is already available on every table and they’re efficient in taking orders and serving the food. I ordered “Lobster Roll”, which was served with fries and ketchup. I replaced ketchup with some spicy aioli since I’m not a fan of ketchup. The food was fresh and delicious.

I got the cheesesteak definitely need it barbecue sauce on it it was very dry. Then I got a dessert a coconut cream pie it was all whipped cream. I used to go and get a piece of coconut cream pie but I don’t think we’ll get another one

Great restaurant at the truck stop. Mix of locals and truckers there. Food was excellent, and came quickly, which is essential for truckers. Gluten free options are available.
