Just stopped by, it may have been opening day! I love their tacos from the truck so I was really excited to see that Salinas opened a storefront. Got a breakfast burrito and it was super good. The menu looks fantastic and lots of choices. I can’t wait to try some of the other items. I’ve had the steak and mushroom burrito from the truck and it was so flavorful. I’m happy to see it on the menu!

When I first heard Salinas Mexican Food had opened, I had to have our regular Sunday breakfast there…and it was so good that we repeated it this past Sunday too. The food is great, the menu is extensive, and all of the employees are friendly and helpful. (Oh, and the prices are reasonable.)

My family had takeout last night and it was AWESOME!! All our items were delicious and very filling. Service Rocked!! Portions are well worth the money. We are So happy we have another Mexican restaurant in our town other than Coronas!! We gave up on Coronas a long time ago. Take a look at my review from a year ago. Haven’t been back since. Anyone coming to Strasburg looking for excellent Mexican food come to Salinas. You won’t regret it. We will go back again and again. Thank You to the Salinas family.

Pleasantly surprised! Really great tacos that are piled high with fresh ingredients and food flavors. Can’t wait to come back! The ladies working were also very friendly. They either don’t serve alcohol or don’t have their license.

We went for a late lunch yesterday. It wasn’t very busy but the food was excellent and the portions were great for the price. The carnitas were the best I have had anywhere.

Small Town restaurant, good service, no wait. Food was awesome. We both had the Salinas Taco Plate. Flavors were crisp with just the right amount of spice, meat well seasoned. Green salsa was on point. As a random choice we were so happy we chose Salinas Mexican. We will stop by again next time we drive through the areas.

Good food and definitely order the tacos. My wife and I were promptly seated and order taken right away by staff here. Their salsa and sauces are delicious. Please just be aware that their parking area is limited and shared with other businesses, so finding parking may be a challenge during a lunch or dinner rush.

We were so pleasantly surprised to find Salina’s Mexican food. The food is just excellent. I had the chorizo street tacos and they were excellent. My wife’s quesadilla with delicious shredded beef was wonderful. The place was extremely clean and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend it.
