Salia, located at the Address Beach Resort in Fujairah, serves modern cuisine at premium prices. The interior is spacious, with an open kitchen that adds to the cozy vibe. Visiting Salia on a Friday night, the food experience was a mixed bag. The pita bread was fresh, warm, and tasty. The catch of the day (155 AED) was a tasty mahi mahi. Unfortunately, the beef short ribs (152 AED) were disappointing – the BBQ sauce was too sweet and overpowering. The pavlova (55 AED), although creatively crafted – the meringue was the cup that held the fruit – did not benefit from the mango fruit chunks and passion fruit sauce. Maybe just a personal preference for strawberries and berries. The service was five-star, with Nova being diligent, professional, and warm. A good choice for a premium dining experience – stick to the fish and skip dessert.

I visited Salia Restaurant at Andreas Beach Resort and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is super relaxing, very calm and cozy, and the location is just perfect – right on the beach with a beautiful open view of the sea.
The food was really good and delicious, everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Sitting there with the sound of the waves and such a nice view made the whole experience even better.
I strongly recommend this place to anyone staying at the hotel or even just passing by the area. Definitely worth a visit if you want to enjoy good food in a beautiful, peaceful seaside setting.

The food was not only of exceptionally high quality but carried that magical balance—where premium ingredients met generous portions, and each dish was elevated with a unique touch. Every meal felt like a celebration, leaving us both satisfied and still excited for the next. Truly unforgettable. And I must say a big thanks for Rabindra the restaurant manager And Shama stewarding Manager

We had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic — warm, stylish, and full of great vibes. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special for us. It’s truly surprising to find such a self-sufficient and delicious restaurant within a hotel. The team, led by a very welcoming and attentive chef, makes you feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive.
The service is outstanding, the menu is clear and gastronomically thoughtful, and the ingredients are of excellent quality — including local products. The flavors are clean and refined, with seafood and the “fish of the day” being particular highlights.
The wine list is impressive, and what’s even more pleasant is the reasonable pricing. We enjoyed it so much that we went back not only for dinners but also for lunches at Salia.
For anyone who wants to treat themselves to truly good food, this restaurant is a must — make sure to reserve a table!
