This was our first experience and the girl who took our order was very helpful and customer service oriented. After we ate we wanted dessert. My husband went to the counter to order his shake and my cup of ice cream and the other girl told him she wasn’t making shakes right now because the drive thru was backed up. There were no cars visible in the drive thru at the time other than the car she was serving and waiting on their food. After we received our ice cream that worker went on break. We were looking forward to tasting the food here. We ordered a house salad. 2 side salads, chicken gyro, jalepeno peppers and okra. Where do I start the lettuce on the sale had brown pieces. The house salad didn’t have cheese and the lettuce was old with the big hard pieces no carrots eggs or anything that would make this a complete salad. It was really sad. The peppers were made with red peppers not jalapeño the breading was good the okra needed to be cooked harder but that was the best thing. The gyro was just mediocre I was expecting a pop of flavor I was underwhelmed. To spend over 50.00 bucks and to not be satisfied was really disappointing.

first time coming here and the variety to chose from is a bit overwhelming if im being honest but the food is top notch. I had to go inside to look through everything they had. I ordered the gyro and my wife had the shrimp bowl and they were both top notch. the only thing I didnt like was they arent closer to where I live

Times are hard, but I was craving wings. I ordered a 5 piece but only 4 pieces were in the box! FOUR!! I called but nobody picked up. NO, I’m not driving back for them to replace the order (their dumb policy)! I’ll just let the online community know!

If it was service only I would give a 5 star. Shout out to their staff for being able to handle so many customers. Instantly and always being respectful and kind. Francesca specifically is always working and always on the ball. She gets my order right each time, and if I have any issues she is very respectful and proactive. The original Euro is great as long as the cooks are making it fresh. The only time I’ve struggled with this Francesca fixed my issue quickly. Fish is always fresh and crispy. The team is trained well at this location for sure. I go every other week

Ordered the #2 which is shrimp, I chose beans and rice, and a drink. When I got home, I had chicken strips and fries! but what was crazy was their was cocktail sauce in the bag for the non-existing shrimp. People want to get paid more for these jobs, but can’t even do the job right! Was not driving back. Chicken and fries were good. If you want to make more money, do the job right!

I was having trouble with my app to order my mom’s food and I went inside and no one knew what to do. I had tried 3 times before I even went inside. Yess the girl preparing the food, her reply was if it doesn’t work it doesn’t work. That was a big negative attitude for me you have employees that don’t even know what to do with the app. She even through my food on the counter and the tray pop open what an attitude. I don’t eat here this is my mom and husband favorite place. If it was up to me I would never eat here.

I love this place. I always get the same thing every time and it never disappoints. Never had a bad experience with the staff everyone is always so nice. Today Francisca (hope I spelled her name correctly) helped me. She was patient with me while I tried to figure out if I was going to order something different today. I asked for one thing and changed my mind later on and she stayed pleasant. She didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or rush me and that is so important to me as a customer.
