Are you kidding?! The staff were so incredibly sweet! I ordered the wrong cone (completely my fault) and the employee said “do you want me to change it?” I said “No! I don’t want to waste anything. It was my fault!” She said “I’ll eat it! Let me just flip your ice cream to the correct cone so you can enjoy it!” Lol. I wouldn’t let her! But she was SO SWEET!!
The ice cream was delicious!! I got a double scoop on a sugar cone (glad I got the wrong one now. It was so good) with key lime pie and banana pudding ice cream. Banana pudding was SO GOOD. My new favorite!!
Environment is family friendly, nostalgic and fast paced. There is plenty to choose from.
Price can be a little high, depending on what you get. I got three cones (two waffle, one sugar) double scoops and spent $22.

We love Salem Ice Cream Parlor!! All kinds of flavors!! Both, indoor and outdoor seating. I hadn’t been in a long while. Couple weeks ago we decided to stop in for some ice cream. Highly recommend whether you’re local or just visiting. Very nice customer service. We will definitely go back.

This cute ice cream parlor sells a few goodies! My favorite BLT!! It’s a small food menu that i didn’t even expect to see food on the menu. Very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and family-friendly. The staff seems to work well together. There are plenty of parking spots. They have tables inside but only chairs outside to enjoy your ice cream. Come and visit and have a scoop of ice cream or a sub,soup, or even a BLT! I will visit again before I leave here Friday. Best thing about this spot is, that it’s not only an ice cream or cafeteria place, but it’s a very good lunch place! Was there today with a couple of friends who recommended this one. And it was absolutely a great idea. We did have a great time and loved the food. I decided to go for one of Soups Of The Day (a tomato and basil soup) and a turkey and provolone cheese sandwich. A soup was delicious and a sandwich was also very tasty. So I’ll be back here for more.

Always a hit! My kids adore this place and call it “The Flamingo Ice Cream Store.” Sure, you only have a view of the parking lot but the rocking chairs are fun and there are plenty of booths inside. The ice cream is Hershey’s which is dependable and consistent. My favorite is always Salted Caramel Truffle.

It’s always a good day when we get to stop by one of our favorite ice cream places, this time I ended up choosing a mound of mud, their fun name for a brownie sundae. My husband got a double scoop of the peanut butter cup which is his absolute favorite, they are really generous with the scoops here. You get a lot of bang for your buck. The atmosphere is super cute with lots of parrots and flamingos and there is a lot of seeding both indoor and out. We were helped out by Janeth who is super kind and very quick! We will be back again for another date night!

Creamy ice cream and pleasant service. Good hot fudge Sunday – treated myself after a big traffic jam on I 81 because a truck caught on fire. U only live once, so just get u something nice. I used to go here when a kid and a different owner, so I remember the location, I like the new vibe.

So when I went, it was my first time going with my son and his friend. I already felt out of place. While waiting in line I had noticed a girl making a sandwich and she didn’t have gloves on. I thought to myself maybe it’s her sandwich because she was licking her fingers. Boy, was I wrong. It was for a customer because she wrapped it up and gave it to him. I was so shocked She didn’t even wash her hands and had a nerve to come up to help scoope ice cream. Mind you she’s still licking her fingers in front of people. Well while in line she picks up the ice cream scooper and asked me what would I like. I said, ” before you touch anything of mine, you need to go wash your hands because I just seen you lick your fingers and and I don’t know why people act like they don’t see you!” She got upset and walked away and another lady came and asked me what did I want. I said, ” Nothing now because the scooper is contaminated now!’ I walked out. If you want to go then go, but this place is not sanitary enough for me to ever go back to! What is mind blogging to me is that she was going to keep licking them fingers until I said something! Just Nasty!
