Every time we have visited sale pepe, the experience is a solid 10/10 (except this one time) especially when we’re taken care of by Rachel. Her service is always on point, attentive, and so welcoming. She makes you feel like family from the moment you sit down. We also, LOVE watching Kahele make the pizza right in front of you! There’s something so satisfying about seeing it all come together fresh. Plus, his sense of humor just makes the whole experience even better, great food and great vibes. We’ve tried most of the menu even though it does change but honestly, you can’t go wrong. The pizza is always amazing, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and fresh every single time. The lasagna, the pastas, the salad, the desserts, EVERYTHING is absolutely delicious. I forgot to mention cocktails as well, 10/10. Every. Single. One. Is Perfection.

We were in the mood pizza and these guys exceeded all of our expectations. We got a reservation at the bar, which if done right is our favorite spot to sit. Our server was awesome- she was friendly and efficient and had great timing. The atmosphere was great, and the place had a nice Lahaina vibe to it, but the food was the star here. Probably the best pizza we’ve had on Maui. The only small challenge here is that a lot of people like the place, so if advise getting a reservation if you’re going. If you’re anywhere near Lahaina, stop in and try these guys!

Received a warm welcome upon our arrival and was brought to our table upstairs. Our waiter was from Italy, very friendly and talkative. Wanted a Diet Coke but was told they don’t carry it because it wasn’t healthy , so just had the cold water served in a bottle for the table. Enjoyed a large focaccia bread with olive oil, a lasagna and a specialty pasta dish made with beef cheeks. All dishes were very good, authentic Italian dishes. Ended the night with a cappuccino, which was very good. My only issue was the service was extremely slow. Almost 2 hours from start to finish. Leaving the restaurant, there was a long line waiting to be seated, strongly suggest reservations.

Our experience began as soon as we arrived at our table, they took the time to write “welcome” followed by our names. Our server seemed a bit busy; we had to wait a few minutes for her to introduce herself, and we were not offered water or drinks right away. The quality of the food was very good; you can tell they use top-quality ingredients. Everything we tried was delicious. Personally, I’m a big fan of desserts, especially tiramisu and panna cotta, and fortunately both were available that day. If you enjoy Italian food, this restaurant is 100% recommended.

If you have not been here, you should definitely go!! It is the first Lahaina restaurant that was destroyed in the fire to actually re-open in Lahaina! It is not just a restaurant that serves Italian food, this is truly the kind of food you get when you eat out in Italy!! Completely authentic Italian!! We had such a hard time deciding but Romano was very helpful with our choices! We started with their daily special ‘cheese appetizer’ with wonderful tomatoes and pickled grapes…this was a WOW! Italians cook with love, they put their hearts on the plate and that is exactly what this was!! We split the Tiramisu for dessert, even though we probably didn’t need that! lol! Their cocktails and wine selection were also great! Their menu changes frequently which is wonderful too! We head back to Canada on Sunday night but I think we may need to come back Saturday night for the pizza…it looked sooooo good! Grazie mille!!

The food and drink are phenomenal. We lived in NY for 20+ years and thought their pizza (and everything else) was top notch. The owners are from NY and Italy, and know their way around delicious food. We shared Insalata Verde (salad). He got the Cavolo E Salsiccia (kale & sausage) pizza. I got the Mortadella, Burrata, Pistachio (ham, white cheese, pistachio) pizza. OMG it was amazing. I will dream of that pizza!! We each got a lilikoi sorbet, although they are known for tiramisu. If we are ever in Maui, will definitely go back. Parking lot is located on the side of the building, otherwise there is plenty of street parking.

This is an amazing authentic Italian restaurant! There pizza is made out of the best ingredients then put in a coal roasted oven!! Their pasta is handmade with love and gusto! The owners also supported La Haina when it was most needed!

We did not have reservations but were able to sit at the bar. We definitely lucked out being able to get in because by the time we left it was packed! Rachel at the bar was fantastic – she made us delicious drinks and gave great recommendations on menu items. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly. This was one of our best meals on Maui and we will definitely be back (with reservations next time!)

Homemade pasta and amazing pizzas. Brought the whole family and kids each bought the margherita cheese pizzas and wife and I split the lasagna. Short drive from the Westin properties. Has multiple seating areas and takes online reservations Waiter. Jason gave us the entire history and how majority of everything is imported or locally sourced. Will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I tried to go on a busy night, so we made a reservation a couple days later. We sat outside which was great by us. Jenae explained the menu and highlighted her favorite vegetarian options for us. Her service was great despite having several other tables. Her menu and ingredients knowledge was impressive as well. This is the exact person you want representing your restaurant!! We had the small bread/oil pieces and burrata with tomatoes and basil to start.
I had the insalata (there’s only one salad choice but its great). My wife and I shared two main courses: rigatoni with cream sauce, mushrooms etc and a pizza with olives and artichokes. Everything was fantastic!
