A hidden gem! I was recommended to go here for flan and other baked goods. Unfortunately flan is made only on the weekends so I could not try any. Regardless, I’m glad there were so many other delicious options. I got a couple different pastries that one would typically find at a Hispanic grocery store I also ordered one of each flavor of the pupusas. I definitely didn’t expect those to be on the menu! I asked for one cheese and beans, one pork rind, and one cheese and jalapenos. The curtido and salsa was a nice balance. The curtido was tangy and had a good crunch.

The establishment was clean. The electronic menu was easy to read. Plenty of parking available. The workers there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going back.

Pan de dulce is always fresh and delicious here. Food was good a little expensive but the flavor was delicious. They serve bottle sodas, milk and juice for kids. They have an instant coffee station with creams. You will have to make your own coffee they provide the hot water and ground instant coffee. Staff is def busy and it took about 35 min to get our order. Over all conchas are good and food is yummy.

This place is definitely authentic!!
I ordered their pupusas pork (1 of them cost less than $3.00) , sopes ($3.00)and gorditas steak( 1 for $3.00). I also grabbed a few of their baked goods (various from $1.75 and up)

Walking in, we were definitely the only non Spanish speaking customers.

That’s how you know you in the right place!!

After getting the food togo,we are them in the car. Hot and fresh. Very delicious and cheap.

The baked goods were just as good!!!

Coming back soon!!

Everything other then the menu was in Spanish.

Might add more pictures in my next trip. Ate everything to fast

Absolutely delicious! We ended up here by accident when we tried to go to Monterrey’s next door. It was way too hot in there, so we popped in next door at Salazar’s, and I’m so glad we did!

My husband and I ordered two gorditas and a pupusa, and we ordered rice and beans for our baby. Everything was super fresh, the service was quick and friendly, the prices were incredibly reasonable, and the restaurant was clean.

The standout for all three of us was the tres leches cake. It was so good we forgot to take a picture

We’ll be back! If you’re in the mood for authentic Latin food, this is a must-try.

Ever have your heart set on a place you’ve been thinking about for over a week, finally get to go eat there only to find out they are closed? I love Asian food and wanted to give Hoang Long Oriental Food Market because several friends have now told me they are probably the best PHO in town. To my surprise, my buddy Danny was there to greet me when I arrived (thanks Calendar!!) and we immediately asked ourselves “well…. where to now?” To our surprise, Our good friend Jesus who owns a car repair shop in the area stopped by to say hello (thanks calendar!!) and when he noticed they were closed, said “alright, let’s go get tacos!!”. We had our other friend Gustavo get there just in time to go check out these tacos (Calendar… thank you!!). Bakery Salazar… apparently this used to just be a Latino bakery that started selling tacos along with some other side items and when they got so popular, they decided to buy the suite next door, they expanded and have been a bakery/taco business now for about 3 months. The location is clean and spacious inside, you immediately get the smell of the bakery which is awesome. Their menu offers your typical Mexican menu of items like tacos, quesadilla, burritos, gorditas, sopes as well as bottled/canned sodas or aguas frescas (free refills!!), aguas frescas are Mexican juices. I ordered a taco plate which comes with 3 tacos, rice and beans. The chicken taco was good but the barbacoa tacos have a lot more taste, add the salsa verde to your tacos and it makes for a great meal. The refried beans are a nice compliment along with the tacos with the cheese adding an awesome melty texture and the rice was tasty and well done. I ordered a steak gordita because Jesus said they were good and I wanted to try one, and I order a quesataco because I was curious…. I assumed it was a taco with cheese? The gordita was awesome and filled with steak but I’ll get chicken or barbacoa next time since the steak is on the cheaper side. The quesataco (pictured above) is basically two taco tortillas slapped together with cheese and steak in between…. so kind of like a quesadilla looking meal but that tasted more like a taco? either way, it was unexpected and awesome. We all enjoyed our meal and thanked Jesus for saving the day!! If you find yourself in the Marietta area and on a budget because of LIFE or because you have your kids with you, Salazar Bakery should be on your maps to go to!! Check them out and let me know what you think.
EDIT: We got free churros!!!
Roli’s Rating:
1. Service: 8/10, Service was friendly and patient as we stood over the counter taking our sweet time deciding what to order. Although this is an order over the counter area and they bring your food (no waiter/waitress), the lady behind the counter would kindly come over from time to time and asked if we needed any refills of their aguas frescas
2. Price: 10/10, I don’t remember the last time I went to a place to eat where I got so much food for my $$. I ordered 3 tacos with rice and beans, a gordita, a quesataco (which ended up being more than expected) with an horchata to drink…. all for $12…. you can safely come in here and eat a meal with a drink for $5. I think the most expensive item I saw on their menu were their sandwiches and burritos which will cost you $7
3. Location and Parking: 6/10, Parking here won’t be an issue but the location is out of the way in Marietta, so a drive will be necessary
4. Cleanliness: 9/10, The location was very clean
5. Health Rating: A (100)
6. Roli Overall Rating: 6/10,  Good food if you’re in the area
