Delicious tacos and taquitos! There are a nunber of items in the menu to choose from and all are freshly made there. The salsa was packed with flavor and not hot. There is even a resident cat on site who greets the tables. The staff was very friendly!

Went in 630 on a Tuesday night before a show at Zebulon. It’s right next door so it’s perfect for dinner and drinks before a show. Now the weather is getting nice, sitting outside in the courtyard is lovely. Service is good and fast. We ordered guacamole which is really good and fresh. We also ordered tacos each and the fish is the best! Probably only need 2 – 3 tacos each they are a really good size!
The margaritas are good quality. I’ve been here twice now and they are consistently good.

Outdoor, eclectic, community gathering place. The cocktails are fantastic. Don’t dress fancy; There is dirt beneath your feet.

Went to Salazar on Fletcher and had the aguachile and the ceviche tostadas, both were seriously good. The aguachile was super fresh, with shrimp, cucumbers, red onions, and this green chile sauce on the side that added just the right amount of heat. Really light and refreshing, perfect for a warm day.

The ceviche tostadas were so pa ked with crispy base with chunks of fish, avocado, tomato, and herbs piled on top. Everything tasted super clean and balanced, and a little squeeze of lime tied it all together. Other dishes I tried were just okay.

Also, the outdoor setup is awesome. Chill vibe, great sunlight, and everything just feels easy and relaxed. Definitely coming back.

We were in the area promoting i9 Youth Sports and found this nice neighborhood restaurant. The service was amazing and the food was good. Only problem was the flies. But would come back.

Nice outdoor patio. There are a lot of umbrellas, so that helps keep things cool. The salsa that comes with chips and salsa has an interesting taste. It almost tastes like a chutney, because it has some sweetness to it. The guacamole was good too, with pepitas in it. My Carne Asada taco and my pollo asado taco were both really good. The fried zucchini taco was unusual, haven’t seen one before, but it was also good. They are good sized.

As a lifelong fan of pozole, it was my pleasure to eat one of the best ever pozoles at Salazar, thanks to our wonderful server, Steve. He practically made me order it and I’m glad he did. Slow roasted pork, perfect balance of spices, and perfectly tender hominy. Order it! Pair it with their savory mezcal margarita. Everything here is made by hand fresh including things like their mayonnaise. Compliments to the chef.

I went here for the second time last night. I would recommend this place for a Sunday afternoon brunch because of the lovely outdoor atmosphere shaded by mature trees. It’s particularly nice in the late afternoon in the setting sun. Now for the unfortunate part. This is food that’s supposed to be Mexican but isn’t and is trying so hard to be elevated but isn’t. The sky high food and drink prices don’t help. This is where Frog town hipsters go to socialize and drain their bank accounts on mediocre food and drinks. If you have money to burn and you don’t know what good Mexican food looks or tastes like then this is the place for you..

This was a great find! The food was the best, wait staff was quick and good, and we all loved it. You have to find a parking spot, as there’s no lot, but it’s worth it. We had the burritos, tacos, chips and salsa and guacamole, horchata, esquites, and everything was completely delicious. The terrace dining was pretty and it was a great place.
