Came here to try a new Thai spot after going to President Thai down the street for years and wanting something different. We ordered from the dinner menu, which comes with soup or salad, egg rolls or wontons, and white rice or shrimp fried rice, a great value.
I got the chicken pad Thai and everything was so flavorful and delicious. My boyfriend ordered the yellow curry and it was absolutely amazing, rich and creamy with a coconut base that honestly reminded me of my mom’s Vietnamese curry.
The owner was also incredibly kind and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Such a welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Sala Thai was awesome! Delicious food and very friendly service. The Pad See Ew was flavorful, the Yellow Curry was rich and creamy, and the Crab Fried Rice was fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to go back!

Quaint place with Thai decor and good food. First time trying and their flavors are nice. I ordered a yellow curry. Not overly sweet and mild spicy was just right. Nice hot egg roll and salad with it, along with rice. I liked their tofu soup as well. Simple. Rice soup was also pretty tasty and this place has other dishes that are not the typical Thai menu items that people usually know about. The owner was nice and atmosphere too.

It’s located in a midsize plaza in SGV.
The interior is carefully lit, very spacious and relaxing even without a background music. They have a dinner special which was good to know. I ordered their noodle special – Pad Woon Sen. It’s my favorite! It tastes great. Serving was on a smaller side but enough to satisfy one person.
Staff were polite, amiable and professional. Plenty of parking space. Prices were inexpensive and fair. Food quality was very satisfactory. Overall, this is one of the finest Thai restaurants in the valley. I recommend it.

I popped in during my lunch break, and I couldn’t believe how efficient the service was. The staff greeted me right away and made sure I got my food quickly. The pad see ew was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the Thai iced tea was refreshing. The clean, calm interior gave me just the right amount of peace before heading back to the office.

Beautiful restaurant, very inviting. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Food was fantastic I got tom kha soup and beef salads. I usually try that at every thai place, however this location is my new spot, food is absolutely delicious .

It was our first time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was so good. We will definitely be back. I ordered the pad Thai with beef and my husband got a dish with duck and everything was so good. Portions were good, the sauces they offered were great as well.

If you’re looking for tasty Thai food at a fair price then Sala Thai is your spot! There’s tons of options and ordering for takeout is quick n easy plus the owner is super friendly. Definitely recommend the BBQ Pork Fried Rice and Pad Thai Chicken.

Sweetest hardworking owners and their food was so worth it!!! The Thai sausage tasted so good, full of flavor and smelled so amazing. I love that it was served with fresh ginger slices and Thai chilies. The ginger and cabbage were so fresh also. Never had fresh ginger slices with Thai sausage before, but I’d imagine that’s how they eat in Thailand!? Because they paired really well! The spicy and juicy ginger balanced the meaty sausages, and probably helps with digestion. I really felt like I got an authentic experience of Thai sausage plate. If you haven’t tried Thai sausages, must try it! They’re very unique and have so much flavor. Some places make it too greasy or too salty, but their sausages here was just right!
The garlic pepper chicken was so tender and delicious also. Even the rice was cooked perfectly, not soggy or dry.
The owners seemed a bit overwhelmed with all the orders coming in from four different tablets and phone calls ringing constantly and people walking in and everything else going on in the dining hall and kitchen. There was a bit wait which was pre-warned by the gentleman, but it all made sense just by watching how much they’re handling. With all the adjustments they must have been coping in this Covid era, I have nothing but respect and appreciation for these hard working, kind people 🙂 and their really wholeheartedly prepared authentic Thai food!

So so, only one waiter……You will need some time to wait for service, including the delivery of the menu. The soup tastes average, the fried powder is too greasy, and the rice is sticky.
