I was not expecting this place to be so good. The food was refreshing, lite and yet filling at the same time. The staff were friendly and helpful! And the place had a simple elegance to it.
My only complaint is that the price can quickly add up. A base salad has a fixed priced. However, as you add a protein and other premium ingredients they garner a separate charge.
Even with it being a little pricey, I absolutely still recommend this place! Especially if you want a delicious healthy option!

I’m so glad Salata opened in Cibolo! It’s great to have more healthy options available.
We went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t crazy busy at all. There was plenty of wonderfully trained staff on hand. The majority of the employees appeared to be teenagers and young adults. They were amazing and not at all what I expected on first sight. As a fellow food service worker, I tend to look for certain sanitary practices when dining in “fast food” places. Let me tell y’all, Salata employees were correctly trained and didn’t take any short cuts. Checklist: cleaning as you go, changing gloves often, ensuring serving spoons don’t stay in the food containers, self-serve beverage area monitored and clean , floor spills cleaned immediately, etc. The employees were always a step ahead. WELL DONE!
The portion sizes available were good. All the salad options, including bases, toppings and extras, were “fantastically overwhelming” and I’m so glad. We wouldn’t finish our regular sized salads so we took them home for later. Definitely planning on returning here soon.

I. Love. This. Place. I’ve dined in a couple times and it’s always incredible but I usually order pickup and I’m one to build a mega salad with all the toppings and WOWOWOW they do it RIGHT at Salata. Yes by the time I’m done with my order it’s about $25, but it’s PACKED and sooooo filling!! I have honestly never been able to finish my salad and my husband has the rest, and it’s just soooo yummy and filling. This might be my favorite place in all of Schertz/Cibolo!

The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the staff were very friendly. I had the small salad and had to get a to go container because it was more than I could eat. The pita chips are fantastic! The restaurant was very clean.

Super happy to see Salata here. We used to have to drive all the way to stone oak or the quarry to get our fix and now we only have to drive 5 minutes. Even during their grand opening, we were able to get our food pretty fast and it taste just as great as any other location.

Ive been to other locations and this salata is by far the best one. The employees are very attentive and friendly. I loved the atmosphere compared to other food joints. I plan on returning in the future for a nice bowl of fresh veggies or a quick warm bowl of soup. Chef’s kiss
