Highly disappointed with my pickup order I placed earlier this morning. I haven’t been to Salata in a few months, so I decided to place a pickup order to have a quick bite to eat before I head into work, as well as, bring my mom a bite to eat for lunch as well. Unfortunately, once I arrived home and opened my container I saw a LOAD of mushrooms on my salad. I would have drove back up to location, but due to me having to get ready for work I did not have time. Because I do not eat mushrooms, I had to sit and pick through my salad and remove them. This upset me because can you imagine if I was allergic to mushrooms. What baffles me, is the note for sundried tomatoes is highlighted, but there are ZERO on my salad, as well as, my mom’s barely having any at all. Same for the eggs, I had about half a scoop on my salad. After picking through, I was left with mostly lettuce and barely any toppings (The mushrooms made up most of the portioning). I’m disappointed because I used to be a frequent Salata customer, but if my order is going to be incorrect and I barely receive the toppings that I paid for, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a wrap plus the tomato soup and both were delicious. It’s a tad pricey but what fast food isn’t these days. The line moves very efficiently and there is usually little to no wait.

2nd time coming to this location. My first experience was alright. With it being my first time I felt extremely rushed due to the beginning lady moving fast paced and when I would take a second or two to make a choice it was as if I was holding her up. Salad was really good though ! Wish fresher strawberries were on the line and unfortunately my fork broke while i was eating that I grabbed from the restaurant (2 prongs).
My second experience was the same. Salad was good but felt rushed and no fresh strawberries and the plastic forks to go break too easily. Never experienced anything like it. Couldn’t finish my salad due to no fork. I will bring my own next time.

I have been to this Salata several times and have never had a problem.. Unfortunately, this time it was a completely different visit. This particular restaurant closes at 9 pm on Saturday. I came in around 7 -7:15 pm, I asked for 2 salads. They had no spinach, the lady making the salad grabbed like 6 little leaves from the empty bin and placed on my salad. I asked was there anymore which she replied they were all out.. They were also out of cucumbers, bean sprouts, red onions and afew other items. Again the lady let me know there was no more, again this place doesn’t close till 9pm. When we got to the protein the lady scooped 5 pieces of chicken on my salad, I was completely annoyed at this point. I asked for more chicken and was told they were going to charge me for the scoop, I’m like your missing half of the ingredients but whatever.This was honestly my worst visit to this location…

Ingredients are always fresh and quickly replenished. I love how each time I can switch a few ingredients and I have a whole new salad. Does not get repetitive. So may ingredients to choose from as well as protein toppings. Love how they even add monthly toppings to switch things up. Pearland location is kept clean and mask and gloves are used.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Love how eating healthy can be delicious. I got the small which was generous. I had leftovers!
