This is a nice concept for a healthy eating. You select whether you want a regular or a small salad. Next, choose your greens, then protein and as many veggies as you like. There are up charges for certain items. Lastly, you select your dressing. There are about 5 to 6 various types of dressings to choose from. Once everything is compiled in the bowl, a staff mixes all the ingredients. (Yum!).
There are a variety of freshly brewed teas and lemonades as well as other cold drinks. There is indoor and outdoor seating available as well as accessible parking and entrance.

The lady making the salad was rude when I asked for one more pinch of lettuce. She said an extra pinch would be the cost of the next size up. I let her know I worked at salads for years and the amount of lettuce that was in the bowl after I asked for the extra pinch was the normal amount to serve customers. They were also out of an ingredient that I really wanted and she was being veryyyyyy skimpy with the toppings. I ended up leaving and going to salad station down the street their service was good and I could make my own salad with as much or as little ingredients I wanted. A salad half the size I would’ve gotten at salata would have been almost 20 dollars for just the salad, salad station was 18 with a drink twice the size salad and tip definitely won’t come back here and glad I found salad station.

Atmosphere: very clean and open. Tables and booths available. I wish they would display the available menu/items on the wall behind them instead of only as you go down the line in front of the food- I felt rushed to hurry up and pick something without thinking.
Food: you can pick from wraps or salads. It’s very much like subway but WAY more options.
Price: It was more expensive than I expected ($15 for a wrap & drink- lettuce, arugula, spinach, chicken, cheese, onion, tomato, avocado, ranch)
Service: friendly, but communication barriers made it a little difficult to know what I needed to do. I didn’t know how it all worked or what was available but we couldn’t understand each other to clear it up well.
Overall, not bad. It felt healthy and they had more items to put on my wrap than I’ve ever seen, but I felt so awkward during the ordering process and it was pretty expensive. I would probably return, but not for awhile/ it’ll be seldom.

I see there are a lot of complaints about portion sizes, but I have no complaints. My salads were loaded and everyone working was very nice. Under $30 for 2 salads, 2 cookies and croissants. I’ll definitely return.

The skinny brown girl who’s Middle Eastern or an Indigenous Latina who works the night shift with the Latino guys is very rude & stingy with food even if you get a large bowl. She make sure to give you small scoops of food & if you get extra dressing on the side she fills up the small container HALFWAY. She also rolls her eyes. Idk why she is there her customer service is off & if you hate your job you can just leave or find a different one.

So would you eat this pita bread burnt and super hard ..Not. I had an issue with my protein choice an you got an attitude because I said there was no shrimp in the mix an you threw 2 in there after checking to see there was none. I eat Salata faithful in Texas, the service and food is always A1. So Please remember we are your Customers we deserve the best food for our Money.

I absolutely love this salad bar. I would go every day if I could. The staff is usually very polite but sometimes they don’t listen. And I highly recommend if you are presenting your phone to scan the rewards arcade, make sure you don’t have tap to pay or quick access enabled on your phone since the scanner used for the rewards barcode is conveniently behind the card reader and it will just take your money. It happened to me yesterday and I was trying to use my rewards points and instead I was charged full price on the wrong card which overdraft my account.
