Update:

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit. While I understand it was a busy afternoon and the team was juggling in-store and online orders, I was disappointed with how I was treated once my food was ready. After my order was prepared and placed at the checkout area, the staff member who had just finished helping another customer chose to return to food prep rather than ringing me up. I waited, unsure if I should step forward. When she finally returned and completed the sale, she didn’t hand me my order — I had to ask for it directly. The experience left me feeling ignored and awkward. It may seem minor, but those moments matter. A basic understanding of assembly-line service — complete the order, then hand it off — was missing here, and it left me with a poor impression.

Lettuce with a Side of Lettuce

The staff here is incredibly kind — one team member even offered to add more if needed, which I appreciated. That said, the container shape and volume of greens completely dominated the dish. The bowl looks full, but once you start eating, all you’re really getting is kale and spinach unless you double or even triple up on veggies, cheese, and crunchy items.

I promise there’s actually food under there — a scoop of chicken and a few toppings — but it gets buried under the mountain of greens (you can see it in my photo). The protein add-on (at $4) amounted to about a tablespoon, which just made the imbalance stand out even more.

At $16 total ($12 base + $4 protein), I expected more balance in both ingredients and value. The pricing doesn’t match the final experience — especially when the protein feels more symbolic than satisfying.

And then there’s the other friction:
• Cashless only. I get it — modern times. But forcing card-only alienates people who still use cash (which I tried to).
• The $7 promo requires a QR code signup. You’re essentially pushing customers to download and register just to access a discount — after an already disappointing first impression. Doesn’t feel welcoming.

This isn’t about being stingy — it’s about transparency. If the bowl is going to look packed but eat sparse, let customers know how it works upfront. Salata may work better once you learn how to order it, but that learning curve shouldn’t cost this much.

Delicious and fresh! We stopped here today and I had a wrap and my wife had a salad. Our kids had salads for the kids meal. The selection was incredible for each salad and wrap. Lots of different veggies and meats to choose from. The space is really nice and clean inside. Our kids enjoyed the space and we would definitely come back!

This place is AMAZING! I can’t wait to come back. It’s like a Chipotle for salads. The Italian dressing might be the best dressing I’ve ever had. I got the largest bowl and couldn’t finish it. The staff was helpful with building a salad. if you haven’t been, you’re missing out.

The quality and portion size of the salad were great. The best part about Salata is the unlimited toppings, all of which were fresh. However, some toppings were empty. Despite paying an extra $4 for the pesto chicken, the portion was disappointingly small. The service was average, and the dining area was clean.

This is a great healthy meal choice. I met a friend for lunch who hadnt eaten here in years & she was impressed with the salad bar selection or wraps if you so choose. Only two sizes but better value is medium & just take leftovers home.

There were a few selections of greens for the base and massive, fresh selections of toppings for every taste bud. Your choice of fruits, veggies, seeds, salty, crunchy, protein, and lots of dressings. There is options of soups, cookies & beverages. It wasnt super crowded & so we munched for hours catching up. The friendly staff checked on our needs a few times & didnt rush us.

Many build your own salad + protein option’s. Service is fast and assembled in front of you. Service staff were efficient and helpful. Now the downside – 9 security cameras positioned above dining areas within a relatively small area. Security monitors of the entrance door, staff and register one would expect but feels excessive unless you are OK with closeup recording of your table. Other downside is excessive single use plastic utensils.

Everytime I visit i always have good customer service with the employees. There’s one employee I hate to fix my food because he always seem so nasty. He throws my food in the bowl gets an attitude when I ask for more throws my bread in the bag where it always falls out. He’s always so nasty and I hate to see him fix my food when I come there. I have stopped going for a while because of him. He’s a tall skinny Hispanic older guy. I dont know if he’s racist or what but he need to do better with customer service.

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. I love salads and being able to build my own salad was perfect. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Customer service was over the top. I will definitely return.

This is a busy bustling place. We got in line and picked out our food. I got the wrap and packed it full of healthy goodies. Everything was fresh. I was happy to see that the drink machines were full of tea & juice. So there was enough tea for me to drink. Sometimes at these types of places the homemade or inhouse specialty drinks are always half empty or gone. That did not happen this time. I also liked that there was plenty of staff working. Everyone was friendly.
