Reviews
I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit. While I understand it was a busy afternoon and the team was juggling in-store and online orders, I was disappointed with how I was treated once my food was ready. After my order was prepared and placed at the checkout area, the staff member who had just finished helping another customer chose to return to food prep rather than ringing me up. I waited, unsure if I should step forward. When she finally returned and completed the sale, she didn’t hand me my order — I had to ask for it directly. The experience left me feeling ignored and awkward. It may seem minor, but those moments matter. A basic understanding of assembly-line service — complete the order, then hand it off — was missing here, and it left me with a poor impression.
Lettuce with a Side of Lettuce
The staff here is incredibly kind — one team member even offered to add more if needed, which I appreciated. That said, the container shape and volume of greens completely dominated the dish. The bowl looks full, but once you start eating, all you’re really getting is kale and spinach unless you double or even triple up on veggies, cheese, and crunchy items.
I promise there’s actually food under there — a scoop of chicken and a few toppings — but it gets buried under the mountain of greens (you can see it in my photo). The protein add-on (at $4) amounted to about a tablespoon, which just made the imbalance stand out even more.
At $16 total ($12 base + $4 protein), I expected more balance in both ingredients and value. The pricing doesn’t match the final experience — especially when the protein feels more symbolic than satisfying.
And then there’s the other friction:
• Cashless only. I get it — modern times. But forcing card-only alienates people who still use cash (which I tried to).
• The $7 promo requires a QR code signup. You’re essentially pushing customers to download and register just to access a discount — after an already disappointing first impression. Doesn’t feel welcoming.
This isn’t about being stingy — it’s about transparency. If the bowl is going to look packed but eat sparse, let customers know how it works upfront. Salata may work better once you learn how to order it, but that learning curve shouldn’t cost this much.
There were a few selections of greens for the base and massive, fresh selections of toppings for every taste bud. Your choice of fruits, veggies, seeds, salty, crunchy, protein, and lots of dressings. There is options of soups, cookies & beverages. It wasnt super crowded & so we munched for hours catching up. The friendly staff checked on our needs a few times & didnt rush us.
Best regards,
