For what it is, Salata hits the mark more than similar types of fast casual salad spots. The food is fresh, the portions are plentiful (pictured is the regular size, and there is a large!), the service is helpful and nice, and the price is reasonable. Not to mention, comfortable seats with power outlets and bottomless iced teas and lemonade. I just wish the place was a bit bigger- during peak times, I can imagine things getting crowded quickly.

Great value! Considering the inflation on food in the past two years, this place is great value for what you get. Also can choose as many toppings as you like in the salad price. I found the small size even generous portion. Clean place, nice atmosphere. Can dine in or outside option. Quality of ingredients was as expected.

Came in and got a small bowl (which was big enough). You can build it however you want, and the number of toppings and options can make you dizzy.
I got the chicken, added some apples and blueberries (big hit!!!). As well as some fresh veggies and sesame sticks.
It was a full meal, that kept me full until dinner bit not heavy.
Everything was fresh and good, and I know I’ll be back.

I absolutely wish I lived closer to this place. Minus it being VERY pricey, considering a small size and the portion of salad. It was $99 for 5 of us, 2 being kids…..
But it truly was so so good and I would get it again!!
There was options like chicken, turkey, steak, shrimp, seafood combo and more. Along with a ton of lettuce base options and veggies.

I wish I lived in Charlotte so that I could eat here more often! The food is fresh and vibrant, plenty of topping options. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of dressing options as well. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was kind and attentive which made me feel very seen during my dining experience. Do yourself a favor, take a stroll through the Mint Art Museum and then come eat a colorful meal from Salata 🙂

Today felt like a fresh ingredient day for me. I decided to grab a salad for lunch instead of the soup I brought from home. I think of Salata as a Chipotle or Subway but for salads. There is an assembly line of teammates preparing your salad in front of you with a variety of leafy greens, protein, toppings, and salad dressings. I ordered the Salata mix with marinated chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chickpeas, with a splash of sun dried tomato vinaigrette. There are vegan options, vegetarian options, and a variety it wraps you can chose from should you decide to turn your salad into a wrap instead. I skipped the bread option and enjoyed my lunch.
