Really? This is the photo for the steakhouse salad, and this is what we received. Absolutely will not be coming back. Oh, and we ordered two kids bento boxes with juice boxes, and we didn’t get the juice boxes.
Edited to add my fire grilled steak bowl photo from their website versus what we got. The steak meals are NOT worth getting. Totally false advertising.

Customer service Food The place was essentially empty when I entered and there were 3 employees moving about behind the counter — no one spoke and it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter as they walked back and forth past me. To say the lady making my salad lacked friendliness is a gross understatement. I begrudgingly had to turn around and come back after receiving my order to pick up something for a friend. The service was consistent. On the other hand, I ordered the Sophie salad, and it was delicious. The ingredients oozed of freshness. If you want a good, fresh salad and don’t care about customer service then stop by.

The service here is horrible. There was one person in front of us in line and it still took 10 minutes to get waited on. They got one of our orders wrong and completely forgot to put the other one in the bag. I asked for two kids meals, then decided on only one and changed my order, but the person behind the counter made two anyway. I paid for it because I had just assumed they did not hear me even though they looked directly at me and shook their head. Needless to say, we will not be returning

Today I was very hungry and confused about what to eat so I stopped in for a bite. From the door I was greeted by the employees and was well tooken care of with a lot of patience while I was confused and hungry. Michelle was AWESOME. She knows her stuff and was more concerned about what I wanted. Thanks girly. I’ll be back soon to see you. Make sure y’all take good care of her. The overall team was great.

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. One employee im assuming is the shift leader at the time rudely reprimanded an employee infront of a line full of customers. She spoke to my mother and I in the nastiest tone and when I asked for the item I would like to order she rudely states “ok well we dont have sandwich’s they’re panini’s”. It was my first time eating at saladworks and that experience alone I would never go back.

I ordered the Cobb salad via of door dash. The lettuce was so brown and slimy. The chicken had no flavor was sponge like. I threw it all in the trash. I really liked the soup I had last winter.

First time eating from this establishment 9/16/25. The staff is very friendly and polite, clean atmosphere, and toppings for the salad is filled with flavor. The broccoli soup was 10/10 and I highly recommend it.

Saladworks good fresh salad. Counter person was friendly and engaging. Paper menu to figure out what is in each menu item listed on sign. You can also pick your own salad items. Build your own.
All in all kinda like going to subway with a much smaller protein component. Remember to ask for your hot roll.
