We’ve been ordering from this place for a few weeks on and off, and while the salads are pretty good, they constantly forget things. One time they left out our rolls, another time there’s no butter or napkins, and they’ve even forgotten the dressing before. I also paid extra for an add-on that I never received, which is frustrating when you’re paying more for it. For what they charge, I’d definitely recommend double-checking your order before you leave or as soon as it arrives. The food is fresh, but the lack of attention to detail really takes away from the experience.

Food was pretty good. The person that served me asked everything that needed to be asked (bread roll, amount of dressing, asking if everything that comes on the salad by default is okay) and they were very friendly. Love the interior design. However my experience was detracted by the presence of 2 specks of crumbs that were left on the floor. Surely this place is a filthy irreprehensible vile pig sty! The employees need to do a better job of catching crumbs as they fall out of customers’ mouths before they even have a chance to hit the floor.

Cameron and Dylan were working in the location when we decided to grab some salads, my gracious they were both so helpful and even had my husband ordering a salad when he was going to go to Moes next door and grab a burrito!!! We will de go back with our kids!!!!

Hampton Roads deserves a better Saladworks. i’ve lived in several cities with salad works and this is the worst. light portions, especially on proteins but the overall size of the salad is much smaller than other saladworks i’ve been to. the quality of the meat also seems sub par. I got a roll tonight and it could have been a crouton with how stale it was. it’s been over 6 months since i got food here and i was hoping things had improved but was disappointed.

This was a Grub hub order . I ordered the Italian Wedding soup. The flavor was very good, however there was no chicken or carrots as advertised. That was a disappointment. Felt like I got half of what I paid for.

Not sure what went wrong here. Placed an online order today, was told that the order would be ready by 1413. Got there at 1435 and there was one person working and she still hadn’t started my order.
My ONE salad cost $23 – I expected this salad to be amazing. I asked for double the lettuce and spinach to be added. While this salad looks good, it does not look like a $23 salad. The other salad in my order was $15 and my salad looks no different from that.. I won’t be back.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad, which is described on the menu as being made with their “super greens blend.” It was 95% iceberg lettuce, with a few very small pieces of romaine. I ordered it via Doordash, so I called the store when my food arrived. I was told their super greens blend includes iceberg and romaine, as well as spinach and kale. First, I would not consider iceberg or romaine lettuce to be super greens. They are just plain lettuce with virtually no nutritional value. Secondly, my salad had no kale or spinach. As for the toppings, the chicken was like mush and the roasted cauliflower had a terrible flavor. The roasted red peppers tasted like they came out of a jar – not terrible, but not a fresh ingredient. My husband liked his Greek salad, although it was also made with iceberg lettuce. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I would not recommend their food, based on my experience. I could have gotten a better pre-made salad at the grocery store, at a lower cost. I’ve included a screenshot of what they advertise the salad to look like. I’ve also included a couple of photos of what the salad I received from them looked like.

We order from here for our business meetings all the time. Staff is so friendly and courteous. They just don’t leave food at the main entrance like other establishments. They bring food to the meeting location and set up. Food is always fresh and delicious. Not to mention we get a hand written thank you card with each order.

I was part of the free 5 week salad group. I’m glad it’s over. Most days the lettuce was not as fresh as it could be. Toppings were distributed very slim and the lids dont stay on the box. Dont get the sweet potatoes. They taste raw instead of roasted. Place was rather unkempt when I visited.it wasn’t even 6months of being opened and I could see the downslide. Even members without hairnets or hats.
