We arrived 25 minutes before your closing time of 8pm and we were greeted with eye rolls when we walked in. The staff was unpleasant and were already packing up ingredients, which left us limited choices for what we could order. There was so little lettuce on our salad that I’m not sure it could really be called a salad. We were rushed through our order and forced to take it with us. They weren’t even going to give us the rolls. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and we will go to Panera next time.

Very good salad. The girl put the wrong dressing on the wrong salad think she was having a bad day. Will keep going there usually dont have any issues. And staff did come to help her and get the line down when a line formed.. They got people in and out of there in a timely matter

I got to Saladworks, South Salisbury at 7:48 pm in 4/30/25 and the doors were locked. Employees were in there. Very Bad business. I really like this establishment, but this really is not a good look. If the sign on the door clearly says 11am-8 pm, then you are to receive the last customer up until 8pm.

My family ate at this location last August. At that time, I did not give a review. I appreciated the lunch that we ate during our vacation. The people that took our order did a great job explaining everything so that we received the most for our meal money. We’re from Upstate New York. If we are in Salibury, Maryland again we will return to eat another meal.

It was absolutely wonderful. The salad was great. I ordered salad just tonight and it was delicious. I dined in with my friend and we had wonderful time. The space was very clean as well. a great place that doesn’t make you choose between eating out and eating healthy. The salads are great. The service was bad for awhile but with the new school semester comes new employees, that being said it is looking A LOT better. Definitely a good place to visit regularly.

My wife ordered soup and chips online for pick up at this location. As we arrived at the store, she got a phone call from the shift leader stating that they didn’t have the soup or the chips that she ordered, and that they “maybe have enough for a medium lasagna soup” (my wife ordered a large Baked Potato soup). The shift leader didn’t offer a refund. When my wife asked for one, she said she was unable to do the refund tonight because she didn’t know how to do a refund, so she had to write my wife’s info down and leave it as a note so that “someone would get with her in a couple of days for the refund.”
It’s worth noting that my wife ordered 45 minutes before they closed. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry, if a customer wants to purchase something that you offer, you make more of it even if you’re currently out. This was bad business.

2 stars at best. We got 2 wraps and 2 paninis. They seemed to not know how to make them. It slowed down the line. Almost NO chicken in our wraps OR paninis. Over priced for a less than mediocre product. Order Salads here. Anything else doesn’t seem to be their specialty.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I used to be full for a while after eating this salad but this past weekend I was hungry right after I ate the salad. Spent $30 something for me and my bf and we weren’t even close to full. The chicken was dried out and stale as if it was used for days, it was also smaller than the croutons. The chicken used to be bigger and fresh. The workers seem confused when you ask them to mix the salad together with the toppings now for some reason. I don’t like the changes. May have to stop coming salad too expensive for what you get now.
