Always enjoy visiting SaladWorks on my lunch hour! In and out in no time with friendly service every time. I personally love their avocado cobb salad with added pasta and blue cheese medium. Sometimes I treat myself with a shrimp skewer too! It comes with a fresh warm roll, and the food is always fresh and delicious! OH, and they offer Tractor brand drinks here! My first choice is strawberry dragonfruit, and my second is hibiscus! Yum! They also have iced tea, fountain drinks, and plenty of other salads, sandwiches, and soups on the menu! I used to love going to Saladworks after my workouts for a clean meal. But after this interaction and another one a few weeks ago, I will take myself and my money somewhere else. As I walked in I was not greeted like I usually am. Once I got to the ordering station, all the workers just looked at me, no urgency to help me at all, which is disappointing for this location. The ginger-colored lady was very disrespectful to me as she was talking to me like a toddler. I felt uncomfortable the whole time as I was there, she was ungodly rude, unprofessional. Just because of this, I will take the extra 30-minute drive out my way to go to Chopt. I will be calling corporate about this matter also. BTW she skimped me on my chicken (I paid extra for)

After reading the reviews I was 50/50 on trying this place. I gave it a shot and ordered the cesar salad and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. They both did not disappoint. I usually go to panera for soup and salad. However, I wanted to try some where different. I am glad I did try here because the broccoli cheddar soup was like christmas in a cup, delicious. I am glad I gave this place a try. My next visit I am 100% getting the cheddar soup but may try a wrap.

Ordered the Avocado/BLT Sandwich expecting Real Bacon Slices and Avocado. What I received was 2 small slices of Avocado and Bacon Bits. Only took 1 bite and see picture below to show what I am talking about, now I understand the 3.9 rating.

$12 for what equates to a side salad with literally tablespoons of protein, my wife’s is even sadder looking. Maybe 7 strips of carrots. Go to Panera – we won’t be back regardless of if it tastes good or not. For a place that claims to do salads, they sure don’t seem to want to give you much of it. I included my hand for scale – they are even smaller in person.

Have not had a problem with this location until tonight – usually their salads are delicious. But I ordered online, picked up my food and when I got home to eat it there was a FLY closed INTO the container. Ended up not eating it because I was grossed out and wasted $14. Disappointed, I usually really like this place but I don’t think I’ll be able to get food again from here.
