typically i go to the saladworks in Newark, DE. I stopped here at this location for convenience heading back to work. Major language barrier. I said a small half soup and salad. I recieved a medium. I got a Bently, subs out eggs for black olives. I got some sort of olive, not black olives. Didnt ask for my phone # for rewards. No butter with the bread. It cant be any worse.
update: The bread was stale!!!! incredible

Ordered the half salad and half Panini deal. Guest ordered soup and half Panini. For my panini, i had the chicken and bacon with chipatole sauce. It was very good. Also had a salad built to order with everything I liked. It was delicious.
The soup was good..
Another panini we had was turkey and chicken with bacon. It had a lot of flavor.
Spent over 30, but the food was fresh and made right in front of you. Will definitely be back.

If you don’t value or work hard for your money, I wouldn’t recommend this cash grabbing establishment!
The Sald was good however it was Very over Priced for a simple Sald, we would definitely Never return to this location. Almost $60 for four people to eat a salad, the reason for the review is we weren’t sure what salad dressing we would like so we go balsamic vinaigrette on the side one of my family members didn’t like it so we wanted to try a different dressing and they charged us $2 for us to try Olive Oil & Italian vinaigrette both on the side! $1 for a small side of dressing!? UNBELIEVABLE!

Saladworks is honestly one of my favorite places to eat. My salads are always delicious. I’m not a huge fan of how expensive it is, but the size of the salad is good, and is always filling. They have coca cola fountain sodas or bottled sodas. They also have a few dessert options (brownie or rice crispy treat). The only thing that I’m not a fan of at this location is the local radio station played on the speakers. You spend half of your meal listening to commercials. I highly recommend that they get XM Radio so that their patrons do not have to listen to commercials for half of their meal. In regards to covid they have built little cubicles, and any open tables have plastic dividers, but they have removed any mask signage from their doors.

Felt like I was at a local pizzeria and not salad works! Employees looked miserable and I wasn’t asked if everything on the salad was okay! Wasn’t even asked if I needed a fork or butter. Had to walk back in to ask her for some. Salad was not fresh I was highly disappointed. Miss the one on Main Street in Exton quality and service was a lot better there.

God I wish Salata would open up. I begrudingly come here sometimes because its the only game in town but GOOD GOD $3 for eachh extra veggie topping, and its the same price even on a pick two which is a HALF portion! I want to add A LITTLE tomato, onion, cranberries, etc., etc. So the same salad that costs me $9.95 at Salata costs me $35 here, even though the portion and ingreidets are the same. Its an utterly ridiculous pricing model. The menu says you can add an extra ingredient for “a little more”!? $3 each!? How is that a little more!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO HOSPITALITY. I am currently still waiting for my salad since 11:18 because they did not have small shrimp available which is all I can eat (pescatarian) . While I am waiting , there is medium sized shrimp sitting here ready but will not add it to my order but rather have me leave paying full price for a partial order due to them not being ready or an additional $4.50 again due to them not being ready. I understand some times you can get off to a late start , however the customer should not be waiting until 11:53am because you were not ready to start the day . This is 100% an ownership and management issue not a staff issue. They don’t have the freedom to accommodate their customers when they are in the wrong. And apparently there will be no manager on staff until next week. Wonderful.

Food is good, but its not necessarily a low calorie option for lunch.

The store only had one person working.$15 for a sandwich is crazy. The salad was good.

I have loved Saladworks for years now, and I really liked this location as well. While the salads are still good, the prices have become ridiculous. The whole premise of this chain is you can pick any 5 topics you’d like and pay a base price. Two of the toppings I like are avocado and buffalo chicken, for which they now charge extra for “premium” toppings. $3.50 for a scoop of avocado and another $3.50 for buffalo chicken on a salad that is already $14 is absolutely insane, and while the food is good, I won’t be paying those prices anymore.
