The individual helping me was extremely kind and conscientious. He packed my order very nicely and even put it into a box making it easy for me to carry from place to place. He also gave me plates in case anyone wanted to share. I’d highly recommend this saladworks location.

I enjoyed my chicken Cesar salad. All fresh ingredients mixed in front of me with a fair amount of chicken .The amount of dressing was to my liking.
The staff is friendly.

Dont waste your time ordering ahead for pickup. They will ignore your order every time and make you wait until they finish serving everyone in line first to even start to make your food. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait in line when you get there anyway? Happens too many times to be excusable.

DISGRACEFUL.

My family used to love this restaurant. Then awhile back, they took away the paninis we liked at this location, and added new “melts” and “wraps” to the menu that simply didn’t interest us, so we stopped going.

Fast forward to recently when I got an email about new sandwich “melts” available at this location. We were excited that there was a buffalo chicken option back on the menu, and chose this place for dinner soon after.

I added a photo of what their buffalo chicken melt is advertised as looking like on their website, as opposed to what my husband and I each received. Both of our half sandwiches were so skimpy that they had to be opened to even have a clue of what was inside of them. Each HALF sandwich cost us $7.19 plus tax as part of their pick 2 meal. Absolutely shameful. Each melt had very few tiny pieces of chicken on them, and they didn’t taste at all like buffalo chicken. The only flavor to them was that of the browned lines on the bread and a little bit of cheese. To be fair, I did request to have some ranch instead of the blue cheese crumbles due to not consuming moldy foods anymore. You will not see any blue cheese crumbles in the photo for this reason.

Thankfully we also each ordered soup as part of our pick 2, or else we would’ve still been very hungry after eating sandwiches with next to nothing in them. We were automatically given chips with our meals, so I’m assuming that means the company also scrapped their bread option, which is also disappointing.

We had originally planned to order a third identical meal after we ate, to take home for our daughter. After texting her and sending her the photo of what our sandwiches looked like, she opted for us to pick her up Chipotle instead. I wish we would’ve done the same, because her meal was very filling with a ton of protein (we paid extra for double protein) and it ended up being the same price as one of our meals here at Saladworks.

We will not be back after this extremely disappointing experience. One a positive note, it has inspired us to shop for a sandwich press to make our own buffalo chicken sandwiches, and we will also be making a copycat recipe of the chicken poblano soup.

RIP Saladworks.

I’ve been working on tracking my calories more and this place has great options! There’s so much more variety to each salad than I knew and the new dishes they have tasted great! I got the mandarin chicken salad and the red peppers made for a great topping.

Saddest looking turkey sandwich I’ve ever seen. Will not be ordering again. They also have dressings available online for pick up orders that they do not actually have in the store.

I love this place. The service is good. The food is fresh and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I always come here when I am in town. I truly enjoy the salads, especially the Avocado Cobb, and the Broccoli and Cheddar soup is my absolute favorite! I special order everything since I rarely eat meat and have dietary restrictions. They happily accommodate these requests. If you live in or visit this area, be sure to check it out!
