Incredibly good salads. I had the Buffalo bleu and my wife had the dried apple and walnut salads. They put her dressing on the side as requested, and mine on the salad. Super fresh, bright tastes and crunch. They have wraps, paninis and soup as well. Will definitely be back. You won’t be disappointed eating here.

“Make your own wrap” (now a sickening $13.50 pretax) with TRIPLE chicken ends up being a couple measly morsels of chicken in a half-empty tortilla. Absolutely pathetic.
The other wrap was totally wrong and, you guessed it, borderline empty.
$30 (two simple wraps) later and nobody is happy—only starving and angry.

I get salads here all the time! They are always consistent and amazing! I got an oatmeal cookie here yesterday with my order for a pick me up, because it’s hot and I work outside. That single cookie changed my entire day it was so good! Best cookie I’ve ever had! Thank you!!!

I asked for my dressing to be mixed in and the woman said “On top or on the side” I repeated that I would like mixed in and she just stared at me without responding. Then, both my mother and I asked if we could eat here two times and both times the second woman says yes but continues to wrap our salads to go and puts everything in a bag. Also they drowned my salad in dressing and I couldn’t even enjoy it. I was not asked it I wanted light dressing either.So ignorant. Will never return.

I am a big fan of saladworks and have been to many in the tri-state area this one in west grove Pennsylvania is well below the average one i’ve been to. Very small portions of everything in the salad as well as not mixing the salad in the bowl with the dressing. I realize they are franchised so different owners so different approaches. I won’t be back to this one.

My Wife and I stop in here when we’re in the area. I love their salads, if there’s a line they move people through quickly, but the staff is very focused and not too personal. They won’t mix in the salad dressing, just in case you’ve come to expect that from other Salad Works.

We get salads here at least weekly. We always get the Cobb and they’re always great. Yesterday our salads should have been called the Lettuce. Other ingredients were very scarce. My husband was two thirds of the way done his salad before he even saw a piece of chicken and it was a tiny piece of chicken. Same with mine. The chicken was almost nonexistent. Very very disappointed.

The workers here did not know what they were doing. Did not mix the salad at all. Assumed we were taking it to go, making it seem as if the restaurant was closing. Handed us the salad with the dressing just on top not even mixed in. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service.
