Will always love Saladworks! I’ve been eating there for many years. Pick 2 is a great choice. Very filling even if you don’t think it would be, it is! 🙂 The Bentley is my favorite. Even in a wrap with honey mustard. Loved that they came out with wraps and sandwiches when they did. Staff at this specific are very nice as well. We came in with special needs, and they were very patient and helpful.

My employer orders a create everytime. He gets an extra topping it brings the price to $18 because it is considered a premium (bacon) which is an extra $2.99. That is price gouging for an already expensive salad. I like the employees but it’s over priced for an extra topping. We visit at least 3 times a week.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in store and with upper management.
Staff is inconsistent and need to be retrained.
Manager needs a new attitude and some empathy.
They close whenever they feel like with no reasonings or signage MANY TIMES, this was not the first time.
If upper management doesn’t really care about the business why would the staff? And guess what, it shows.
Long story short I received a terrible salad and called them the same night(835pm) for a refund. Paid cash so had to come back the following day. Welp, they were closed early. They do not have a voicemail so no you can not leave a message as I called them 3times.
So I took pictures for proof.
I went back today(230ish) for my refund just for an outrageous run around!!!!
Explained to me that it’s not THERE fault they can not give me my full cash refund as I’m passed my 24hr. Asked for district manager. District manager slipped and told me 48hr. Either way they were not going to give me my refund.
Picture of overly dressed salad(Sophie) no walnuts or blue cheese( comes standard). Yes. That is a chicken nugget in it too ♀️. Yes I did add in chickpeas and sunflower seeds AND asked for LIGHT DRESSING. I even made a comment of less was more…

Don’t waste your time coming to the store!
I pre-ordered and when I arrived
my order was supposed to be done. When I asked the attendant he said it wasn’t even started.
There were customers that had not been waited on and the attendant decided to take them before starting my order which should have already been done. When I told the attendant that the order was supposed to be done and he should make sure that my meal was done before new customers come in he argued with me.
If you want good service don’t come here!

We requested an avocado Cobb salad, and that’s not what we got. We got lettuce egg, avocado and chicken. None of the other things that comes with a premium salad. And she didnt even know what dressing came with the salad. And still ended up giving us the wrong one. Tonight’s service was not great nor my salad

Broccoli cheese soup is cheesy with large soft broccoli pieces. The salad ingredients were fresh crispy lettuce and vegetables with perfect dressing choices accompanied with a fresh soft roll and side of butter.

The salads were a properly prepared and tasted fine. The only problem we have with ordering online is that you can’t substitute anything from the salads. For example, if you prefer diced tomatoes to grape tomatoes or cucumbers for tortilla strips you can’t substitute them. You have to create your own salad.

Which brings me to say… if you want to get sick, come here. I had a free salad coupon and I thought I would try it since we’re new in the area. The place behind the counter and salad bar was so messy and disgusting.
Lettuce was just pouring out into other bins. All the bins were messy with ingredients pouring into others. Meats and cheeses mixed in. It was messy. The salad preparing area was disastrous. Bins of lettuce just sitting on top as though they couldn’t keep up.
Mind you there were 5 people behind the counter. I wish I had taken a picture. I ordered the Cobb. The breaded chicken was gross and tasted of just breading. The lettuce was doused with dressingand the lettuce was in huge pieces making it hard to eat.
I dumped my salad in the trash and headed to panera. The end.
