Probably the best Saladworks location in the Lehigh Valley. Nicest seating area, decent portions compared to others with 1 exception, world’s smallest dinner rolls. I mean tiny but with costs going up, I guess I get it.

Food is amazing but their customer service is seriously lacking. The don’t put everything in the orders when orders are placed online. Now the website has a glitch and erased part of my order when I hit pay. Tried to get assistance with having the soda added and they tried to blame the error on Door Dash…my order hadn’t been made yet. This isn’t the first time I had this issue. Prior to this it was missing rolls and butter and extra fixings. Food is amazing but definitely need better customer service from your employees.

Ordered my food online, walked in and all the workers are on there phones laying on the counters relaxing, which I wouldn’t care about at all expect they messed up my order. You can’t be lazy and mess up my food common it’s not like you were busy.

Stood there as they made a takeout order. They never said a thing, never acknowledged me in anyway….3 people behind the counter. I walked out, clearly they don’t need business. Absolutely rude! Such a shame, as I was trying to order for 5 of us.

I’m very sad to make a 1 star review because we love Saladworks, but this is for this Cedar Crest location. We had a pick up order and when my mother went in, a man behind the counter who seemed like he did not want to be there hastily told her “the orders are over there” and she grabbed them and headed back to the car. I immediately noticed that they forgot my chips for my meal so my mom went back inside and a young woman (who also looked miserable and attitudinal) just tossed my mom the bag of Lays without saying anything to her. When we got home to eat, we noticed our salad ingredients were insanely salty. So salty we couldn’t finish them. And the worst part for me was my panini! I asked for no tomatoes and not only was it filled with tomatoes- when I picked it up it was completely burnt on the bottom! Why would you serve that? Would it have sunken the Saladworks company financially if they tossed this half a sandwich out and started over? That is why I have to give this review. I realize that times are hard for businesses and employees right now, but that does not mean we should disregard our courtesy and common sense.

The food wasn’t what I was expecting for the price. As far as service goes, the cashier seem to be confused and did not take quick action to my soup order. He didn’t know what size a quart was.
