Very disappointed in our salads- portion was small (didn’t fill entire plate given) when we received them (via door dash). The salads keep getting smaller and smaller for what you pay for them…
We also got the lobster bisque.

Quality control is a major issue. It’s clear the employees do NOT care about the product they’re serving. This was the first and last time I will go. What kind of person sends out the chicken salad with one and a half tiny pieces of chicken finger and some limp lettuce as if that’s acceptable for $15?? This place deserves to be closed and the employees out of a job. Shameful. Feels like a scam.

I came to order my food but someone was cleaning without covering the food. That carries a significant risk of contamination. She was using the same cloth to clean dirty surfaces. They must follow kitchen guidelines. I did not order my food after witnessing that.

We usually enjoy the food from saladworks, however we ordered tonight and this is what was sent to us. A steak and Swiss panini and Buffalo chicken panini both completely burnt. Who would think it’s ok to send out food like this?? My mom wouldn’t even eat the steak and Swiss- it was so dry in the middle and overdone. I shaved off the burnt part of my Buffalo chicken panini to eat it. I gave two stars only because we have enjoyed the food at other times and it was good.

Drove 30 min bc i wanted a cobb salad. Apparently you have to ask if they have all of the ingredients for the salad before you order. They didn’t tell me they were out of the main ingredient bacon before making my salad. So now I have a $18 salad I don’t even want.

I like the ability to customize a standard salad or creat my own. They are sometimes out of basics like the non-iceberg/romaine lettuce. I have left without ordering due to lack of product.
