Zero stars for customer service for sure. I ordered my food online from here on accident. Meant to order from a store closer to my location, this was too far. The girl that answered when I called and explained said she’d cancel it and not make the order which was a $68 order. I said can you refund my money or transfer it to the store closer so they can make my order. She said she didn’t know how. She’d call the manager. Then got back on the phone he didn’t answer, but he’d be in at noon to call back. So I did, he still wasn’t in and now probably wouldn’t be in until 1 the girl was giggling when I explained my frustration like she didn’t care. Called back at 1, still no manager there, now he wasn’t coming in because he had an appointment. I said to call him and they said they tried and he would answer, so I continued to call back the next day with no answer at all from the store. So Stephanie at that store likes to giggle at you, and not care you paid $68 for food you never received and the owner/manager avoids your calls and takes your money and does not refund you for a big order that you never received due to an honest mistake of ordering from a wrong store.

Ordered a salad online: baby spinach, pasta, super grains, grilled chicken, diced apples, roasted broccoli, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted butternut squash, goat cheese.
Walked in & was notified they were out of Brussels, squash, & cheese. I picked replacement items.
Opened the salad when I got home, I got spring mix salad instead of spinach, no super grains, regular broccoli instead of roasted. Wildly disappointed & will not go back. Out of my entire $20 (which in itself is insane) order, 4 out of the 10 items I put in my order were correct.

Haven’t had salad works in like 5 years , decided to stop in for lunch . Got on of the specialty salads with my normal green goddess dressing and a med soup . Only problem was when I got to the register. The salad was $12 bucks which was not a problem. But the soup ended up cost me $8 for a MEDIUM. That to me is just outrageous price . I’m sorry at that price I can’t see buying a soup .

I asked for a small soup and they charged me for a large. I asked why the price was the price of a large and they lied and said that a large is nine dollars when it’s really seven. I asked for my money back because I don’t do shady business like that. I even called a neighboring salad work that confirmed that a SMALL soup is $5. I will not tolerate stealing.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Me and my sister come here on a regular basis and it has never been more the $30 we went today and it was $54 I obviously questioned why it was so expensive and he said the pasta and dressing is an up charge I’m fine with an up charge but $20 for dressing and pasta when no other location charges like this also keep in mind it was about half the size of a normal salad is crazy when I questioned it the obviously new owner got very defensive and yelled at me and my sister because of this we decided to go else where and we when to another salad works not even 5 miles away and would you look at that exact same thing for $30

this is not my first time at a salad works. I’ve been to both locations in Marlton many times. Actually a couple times a week. Stopped at this location across from the hospital in Washington Township. I asked for Sophie salad in a wrap. The employee proceeded to pull out a wrap and start to put all of the ingredients in the wrap. I just stated that I had never seen it done that way. Usually it’s mixed as a salad and then put in the wrap. So I was just stating that I’ve never seen it done that way and she got seemingly offended. Huffed and then did it the way that it usually is done mixed in the bowl first with the dressing and everything and then put in the wrap. I would’ve been fine if she had a different way of doing it I was just stating that I’ve never seen it done that way. The wrap itself tasted like it normally does. fell apart easily but I’m not even complaining about that. It was just the attitude of the employee that sucked.

Order a U-pick 2 the salad they reduce the amount, the sandwich very small, the salad some of the lettuce was rotted, I’ve had the same food and was better, now I can’t say the same the food didn’t tasted fresh and for all of that I paid $22.00 the free bread was stale. This was my last time buying salads from there.

Greeted me but didn’t ask if I was dining in or not which would have been nice because I was planning on eating in the restaurant not in my car, but anyways they don’t have the good pasta they have the long noodles and I don’t know why they keep them I’m not from around the area but babysit in this area. They do put a lot of pasta in it though. I just created my own and $12 for this when I didn’t use all my 5 add ins ♀️ I don’t know seems kind of pricey, but what isn’t anymore honestly! The area was clean but they seemed to have trouble with the cash register and that took forever didn’t ask if I wanted a roll I had to ask you would think you work at salad works you know it comes with a roll. Not sure why I always have bad experiences at new places! ♀️

food is good! build your own salad is the best option, have been getting it for years. always good, the service is just ok… attitude. atmosphere is nice but not super welcoming. but hey at least the food is good.
