I visited this saladworks on 6/28 around 1pm and unfortunately had a really bad experience. I ordered the southwest chipotle salad and within a few hours, I started feeling nauseous and ended up vomiting multiple times (total of 700mL!).
I haven’t had any other food that day, and I’m now dealing with lingering stomach issues. Not only this but this situation also inconvenience my plans for yesterday and today.
I hope the restaurant takes a look at food safety practices.

Went in last night about 6:30 pm. Gentleman looks at me and rolls his eyes, I didn’t think half hour before closing was too much to ask for food. I was then rushed and scurried along at the salad bar like the girls had no interest in preparing my food. Were “out” of many items including a dressing I was looking right at, guess they were worried to dirty the clean container. Also no receipt so couldn’t log my points on my fiancés app when I got home of our $30 order. No napkins or forks either ! Very disappointed twd because it wasn’t like I walked in a minute till closing and why set a closing time if we can’t get food until that time

This is the closest to my home . They have the typical selections you expect to find at this local chain ( many often have different pasta and other choices ) they are CLEAN presentable, easy to park, Super friendly staff, eye appealing food prep area … I find you either like this place or your not willing to pay for quality fresh vegetables. I am obviously paying . And if you feel the same you’ll find this location much better than average !

I hadn’t been to this location in 5+ years after the managers response to a dead cricket in my salad was “oh, that happens sometimes.” I tried again since it had been a while and it was on my way home. I ordered three salads with no modifications and a crest your own, the only one that was correct was the customized. Ingredients were missing and on one there were ingredients that weren’t in the chosen salad. I will never go back to this one.

Usually I do not have a problem with this store. The last few times I ordered from this store, the tomatoes were really bad to the point I get sick. They have had bad tomatoes and nothing has been done about it. I went back today and ordered salad again, there has been nothing done about it. Tomatoes are bad and I can smell it as soon as I opened the salad. Salad is not cheap and expect to go in and get a good salad and not get sick.

I gave it 2 stars for cleanness and because the cashier was nice. But I was highly disappointed with the lack of knowledge from the person preparing my bowl. I asked for a Southwestern grain bowl as is, meaning as I had read it on the on line menu. After she insisted on calling it a salad, I asked that she made sure it was quinoa and kale, she gave me brown rice instead and almost gave me romaine instead of kale . She asked again what I wanted. I’m thinking ” you’re the one who works here, shouldn’t she know what to put in it? ” well to my disappointment I got to my office to realize the reason she got most of my ingredients wrong because she gave me a Fire roasted cabo salad in a bowl intead of what I had specifically asked for several times………no pumpkin seed, no raisins, no onions. She got my entire order so wrong I even want to tip $ reimbursed

It’s been a long time since I was in one of their locations. I was craving a good salad and it just so happens that a Saladworks was on my route. I ordered a Thai salad with tofu instead of chicken and it was awesome. They put a peanut sauce on the tofu and s Thai dressing on the salad. The combo was perfect. Plenty of veggies and so large I could barely finish it. Since then I have been back and will continue to eat there. Great healthy meals without a ton of calories.

Of all the Saladworks locations in this area I like this one the best. The staff are always very friendly and offer great customer service. And they have a wide variety of salad and soup options. I love their white chocolate macadamia cookies. They are made fresh in the store and always taste good. I usually order Tivoli salad which is pretty good. They give you generous portions for an affordable price. ♿
