Pictures speak for themselves. I get this is a fast food restaurant but shocked that they let food go out the door like this. I wouldn’t even feed that steak to my dog. Meat was so dry it was like jerky, I couldn’t even bite it. First and last time ordering from here. Waste of $16!

This is now the second time that I’ve spent over $15 on one meal that was not made correctly & I didn’t realize until I drove away. I have been ordering the southwest chipotle ranch salad without chicken, substituting with tofu for years, but since ordering on the kiosk has become mandatory I have consistently been made the wrong salad. The first time the order was wrong they gave me Caesar salad & had to throw it away because I’m a vegetarian and the taste of anchovies in the dressing was inescapable. There were also flakes of Parmesan cheese which were not part of the order. Tonight I ordered the southwest chipotle salad without chicken substituting with tofu. The salad does not have any of the cheeses, there are Brussels sprouts in it, and they gave me a vinaigrette dressing. I’m already home and don’t want to go back out, but this is outrageous. At least when we ordered directly we could see if they were reaching for the wrong thing. Is there a literacy problem? I don’t understand why it is so hard to read ingredients on a ticket & make sure you’re putting the correct ingredients in the salad.

Visited the location a few days ago before the lunch rush. No customers were ahead of me and it was not busy. The order system was a little cumbersome to use but the issue came with my order. The one salad was supposed to have chicken and the other was missing several items. Unfortunately this was only realized after returning home to eat so driving back to resolve wasn’t doable. I checked the receipt and all was accurate. I used the submit feedback option on their website and submitted all of the info regarding the issues but no response has been received.
Is this the biggest deal? No, but the items were paid for, not inexpensive given it’s a salad and no real excuse that the location was busy or other circumstances to point to. It’s possible this would be avoided if the salad could be ordered “live” in front of someone so you know exactly what’s going in the item. If they decide to reach out and resolve my concerns I’d be happy to edit/revise my review accordingly.

The food is good and reasonably priced. I’ve been back about 5 times and had missing things in my order at least 3 times. Always double check your order before leaving.
The staff is all kids. They have no respect for the food or the people they are serving. Don’t expect a smile or a nicely wrapped meal. It’ll taste good though especially the mandarin oranges and the ranch dressing.

I couldn’t say I wanted to come back here after giving so many chances but, I was in the area for work and I decided to stop in. what I expected here was not what I received. Everything is at harmony here from speaking with the employees to ordering with them to now dinning in. I could eat my lunch and enjoy peace but before I was always ready to take it to go. As I ate I watch these two girls treat the towns people like their family while serving them. The staff here is very energetic and at most entertaining. Great job saladworks I will return.

I absolutely love how much the store has changed now, the staff is so happy and vibrant. The glow with this store is incredible. I will be returning. The pervious general manager Sarah always treated the public so badly and I didn’t appreciate spending so much to be treated so bad. Amazing outcome with the new general manager and the new staff. Food is way better and the service is excellent!

I like the salad but not only will I not order it on-line anymore, I have to watch them make it to make sure they add everything I ordered. You get to pick 5 toppings. This is the 3rd time that one of the toppings I picked is missing. I even double checked my receipt to make sure I added broccoli, I did. They just didn’t give it to me. When I am there, I have watch to make sure they add all of the toppings I ordered. On 2 other occasions I ordered tofu only to not have it added to my salad because they didn’t have any. I still paid extra money for the protein with no refund only a promise of a credit next time that never happened. I noticed that they recently took tofu off of the menu.

Awful experience. I bought the new steak salad. There were maybe 2 small pieces of steak. The steak tasted like cardboard. I also had multiple things missing within the salad. Both salads had the roasted red peppers which tasted awful, extremely bitter and salty, could not even eat. For the prices of these salads I should not experience anything like this. We live around 25 minutes away so it made no sense to drive back. Never coming back.

I will NEVER go here again. We ordered pick up, 3 salads. I went and picked it up and when I got home, there were only 2 salads and forgot the 3rd. The one new stack salad they have had 5 small pieces, looks nothing like their photo and barely and food in the bowl. The steak salad says over wild rice and it had quinoa •. My husband does not like quinoa. I called to let them know so I had to drive back and wait for my order to be fixed. They made the salad they forgot and made a new steak salad. We got home and the new steak salad had no cheese! If you order pick up check your bag before leaving! A waste of $50! The rolls were soooo hard you couldn’t squeeze it or bite

I come this saladworks frequently. And while it is good salad, the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I always thought the prices were high… But now they have increased even more. So now when you create your own salad, the meat and avocado are not part of the five toppings included, therefore you pay extra for that. I just spent $42 on two salads… I can go to a legit restaurant and get an actual meal for that price. So, as much as I like saladworks and it’s a healthier option as far as fast food goes, I unfortunatelywill not be making it a regular option.,
