I’ve tried most of their salads at this point and am satisfied most of the time! Personally, I know how to make a good salad, but there are lots of components to specific types of salads so it’s awesome to have a spot (hah pun intended) in town where I can get a specific salad without having to gather all the ingredients myself. I’m always impressed by their monthly flavors and today I tried their October Flavor (Crisp Harvest). The apple chunks were a little too big for my taste, but overall it was a good salad! The portions are huge and I think it’s worth the price. Especially when you take into consideration the effort it would take for an individual to put together all the different ingredients that go into the salad.

I ordered the honey cashew crunch salad, but there were no cashews in the salad. It was a lot of lettuce with barely any toppings. The chicken looked really processed, kind of creeped me out. Wasn’t very good, I won’t come back here.

Today was the first time that I have tried this I’ve driven past this “spot” no pun intended. Hundreds of times today I finally stopped and I unfortunately will continue to go here way too much. It was one of the best wraps I’ve eaten in a long time.

Was visiting the Logan/Richmond area for work and was looking for some place healthy to eat for dinner. The menu had a ton of options and at a great value ended up getting the protein Greek salad and it was delicious. Liked it so much I went back the next day for another protein salad. This place will definitely be a go to the next time I visit the area.

I got the Mediterranean wrap. Flavor was good, zesty, with fresh dill in the dressing. The veggies were fresh and crisp and I didnt find any brown wilty pieces (I will look). My request is please don’t toss the whole thing in dressing then wrap it. It was soggy and messy. Maybe try tossing just the cucumber or just the onion and then add to the wrap or better yet serve it on the side. A wrap is suppose to be convinient and fresh. I would not take this to my car or my desk it was much to messy to be convinient.

I recently was forced to go gluten free amongst other restrictions which made eating out hard. I frequent Salad Spot at least 3 times a week since they’ve opened. It is my absolute favorite restaurant in the valley!
The proportions are perfect, cost is fair, ingredients always fresh, etc.
My favorite salad is the lemon chicken and the holiday pom apple crunch .

I normally like salad spot, however my trip today was a bit less pleasant. I ordered the teriyaki protein bowl for my neice, who has a egg allergy and avoids mayo. On the drive through menu, the picture of the item did not show any (mayo-based) aoili, nor do I remember the description referencing any. However, there was quite a lot on top of the bowl when we received it. I looked online and the aoili was listed there, but I am a bit frustrated about the lack of information at the drive through, as my neice was unable to eat her meal. I still dont understand the picture not including the aoili in it.

I’ve been trying to eat healthy lately. Which usually ends up with me not being satisfied after the meal. I went to the salad spot and got the Texas crunch and it was delicious. Definitely hit the spot!

I need a location in Ogden! I came for the first time and enjoyed the Crisp Harvest with a pineapple drink, my total was like $15, but this has 29 grams of protein! This was so delicious! I will definitely be back the next time I get the chance when I’m in Logan.
