Salad House in Westwood is easily one of my go-to spots for a great, fresh meal. The food is consistently incredible — super fresh ingredients, generous portions, and everything just tastes clean and well put together. You can build your own salad or try one of their signature options, and either way, you’re walking out happy.
What really sets this place apart is the vibe. The owner, Jack, is always around and genuinely makes you feel welcome. He remembers faces, checks in on customers, and creates a real community feel. It’s the kind of personal touch you don’t get at most places anymore.

I ordered via Uber Eats today a Teryaki bowl that included teriyaki shrimp. I added an extra, crispy shrimp with teriyaki glaze. I am not sure if the crispy shrimp had a glaze, but it was so incredibly salty I could not eat it. I have ordered from Salad House before and never been disappointed, but was disappointed today. Picked the added chicken off and was able to enjoy the rest of the bowl.

Disappointing – the amount of protein is very small. Ordered the chipotle chicken wrap and it’s basically 90% rice and 10% chicken/avo. Will not be returning as it has happened on the 3 occasions I have tried it. On the +++ the staff is very nice.

I forgot to take a photo of my salad when it first came in because I was so hungry. But the salad was DELICIOUS. The ingredients are so fresh. I got a set salad (did not customize) and the flavor was excellent. I loved all the sauce/dressing options and that the salads are customizable too if you want.
I highly recommend! My brother passed by and complimented how delicious my salad looked!

10/10….The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They have so many yummy toppings, add on’s and proteins including tuna, salmon and shrimp. They don’t limit you to just chicken or beef. The sandwich was very flavorful, delicious and filling. The prices are reasonable. I am excited to explore the other items on their menu and to create different salad options.
