Honestly, where is the quality control on these restaurants because it is utterly ridiculous. I came by tonight to get a chicken Caesar salad wrap which usually has cubed cut up chicken and tonight when I was handed my wrap it was unusually warm and when I got to my destination 10 minutes later, it was so warm inside that the lettuce had lost The crispness And the croutons were completely soggy some bites in I realized why, it seemed like the chicken had been cut off a rotisserie chicken or something. See below picture for tendon-y piece. This is gross I might as well start making them at home

I just order a salad, pita chips, and hummus from this location. The cashier at the window gave me my food. I tasted the green mango tea, it was diluted and didn’t have mango flavor. I asked if he could add mango ad when he gave my cup back to me said the mango is at the bottom. I mixed my drink and there were floating things. I thought it was the brown sugar he said he added as well. It didn’t dissolve. I threw it away.

I like Salad and Go breakfast burritos because they are a smaller portion for breakfast. I really like that the salsa comes in packets instead of little tubs with lids because it is so much easier when driving. This week I tried the new Mediterranean breakfast burrito. It started out delicious and then turned into a spinach wrap which was a let down.

Horrible. Just got home with my order, placed on 10/13/25 at 8:15pm, order number 921, check number 20022. I ordered a bbq ranch wrap with chicken and literally only got lettuce and a few tortilla strips. Maybe 5 black beans. The girl who took my order kept messing my order up when repeating it back to me and it smelled of marijuana when I pulled up to the window. Don’t stop at this location unless you want to be ripped off.

I’m always having to wait 15-20mins past the “your order will be ready by” time when placing online orders. It’s like they start making it after I’ve arrived for pickup, even when the drive-thru doesn’t look particularly busy.

The WORST location ever. Not only for me personally but for DoorDash. I’m on a time limit and when I expressed that, the employees went out of their way to ignore me and take the longest time possible. With these services, we are contract employees so we will lose our contract because of late orders. I’m standing here now and they won’t even look at me. They keep helping the drive thru and not me. Not to mention when I first used to come here they messed up every.single.order. I’ll never use Salad and Go because of this location and the people working today Sunday 8/3 at 8:55AM. Horrible customer service ever.
