My family and I drive to a different location that is actually farther from our home to avoid this location. The quality of service and food used to be so much better. The staff is not friendly. The serving sizes are always different. And the last 3x we have gone, we have opened are wraps and they were ripped in pieces with lettuce hanging out and food on the outside of the wrap. Both wraps were ripped and soggy. I keep giving this location another chance just to be disappointed again. Not all locations are the same. Try a different location.

We use to come here all the time. Since it’s been sold from the original owners, it has gone down in quality. It’s not the same. We ordered 3 Caesar salads with chicken. It BARELY had any chicken, the dressing was watery and lettuce seemed a little limp. Every time we’ve driven by, the place has been dead, I understand why now. We will NOT be back and will be recommending people to NOT go there!

0 STARS IF I COULD! I got some soup today and had this huge piece of plastic lodged in my throat and couldn’t breathe! Tried calling the store about it they didn’t pick up 3 times. So I drove down there and spoke with the manager. He gave me a customer service number to call since he asked me point blank “what do you want me to do about it?” For starters maybe when people come for a healthy lunch don’t try and kill them. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salad and go. Asked for extra ranch when ordering, I realized it wasn’t in the bag after leaving the drive thru window so I parked and went up to the regular window. At the window, staff told me I had missed it (I hadn’t) and then they scoffed when handing me a new one. When I got back to work and started eating, we also found a large piece of plastic in my wrap. Absolutely disgusting and should never happen when ordering any kind of food. Awful customer service, products, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Found a huge piece of plastic in my food and even choked on it. This is especially egregious because I see this happens pretty often based on the other negative reviews. Additionally, the staff there are extremely rude. Unbelievable. I won’t ever go here again, which is a shame because it was my first time.

This is the place I go to get my favorite drinks. Always tough choice on which drink to get especially when they include seasonal flavors too. my wife loves their salads and will sometimes share with me when I start drooling Today we tried the breakfast burros and they were surprisingly filling. Wife had the traditional burro and I had bacon & egg. Both were delicious but we really enjoyed the traditional which had chunks of meat and lots of flavor over the smaller cut bacon n egg burro. Don’t forget the salsa! Green was are favorite

I’m really disappointed with the Salad and Go location on Warner and Cooper. This is now the fifth time they’ve added bacon to the eggs I order for my vegetarian son. I’ve been patient and understanding, but at this point, it’s unacceptable.
I’m not an occasional customer — I used to go four to five times a week, spending about twenty dollars each visit. That’s a lot of loyalty and trust to give to a place that clearly isn’t paying attention to their customers’ orders.
This repeated mistake shows a serious lack of attention and care, especially toward dietary preferences that should be respected. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their team to double-check orders, because this has been frustrating and disappointing after so many chances.

Drive-thru is fast! Got my breakfast burrito in 3 minutes! On the way through drive-thru I got the best compliment from the young man working the window, it was like getting a hug with my morning breakfast. You made my day

This place is always a hit or miss but more a miss. This place has made me feel really sick after eating the salads. My coworkers also come to this location and they have both also felt sick more than twice after eating here.
