The staff were polite and friendly, especially the young lady who was genuinely warm and welcoming. Her attitude was lovely and much appreciated.

However, the overall service still requires significant improvement… particularly considering the service charge of nearly 600 THB. Unfortunately, the level of attention did not reflect the amount paid.

For example, dishes were served without sharing spoons, used plates were left stacked on the table without being cleared, and dessert was brought out without a spoon, resulting in the ice cream melting before we were even able to enjoy it. These small details may seem minor, but they greatly impact the overall dining experience.

It was quite disappointing this time, as the expectations for a restaurant at this standard are understandably higher.

Sala restaurant is always one of our top choices for the venue in Bangkok when we have our foreign friends and family from abroad . Gorgeous view of Wat Arun at dawn and night create even the most memorable evening.
Food is also well prepared and presented with modern Thai cuisine. It’s delicious.
Service is good , attentive and well mannered staffs. We love it here and Always proud to present to our visitors.
PS: the only downside is that the bathroom is on the second floor. If your seating area is on the first floor, it’s not convenient especially for the elderly

I decided to catch the sunset at this rooftop bar. When I arrived, all the tables were already reserved, which I didn’t know beforehand. However, the waiter was very kind and found a seat for me to enjoy the sunset. I was really happy — the view was totally worth it.
If you wanna go to this rooftop bar pls make online reservation.

Outstanding view of Wat Arun right on the river’s edge. Getting to the restaurant is just as fun. It’s tucked between alleyways. Everyone is friendly and the area feels quite safe.
The highlight was the Som Tam, we enjoyed it so much! The sticky rice and chicken served with it made the whole meal worth it.

Beautiful riverside dining with one of the best views of Wat Arun. To secure a front-row riverside table, advance reservation + deposit of 1,000 THB per person (credit card accepted) is recommended, worth it for the guaranteed view.

Food options are varied, slightly on the pricey side, but overall a great spot if you’re looking for a memorable dinner with a clear Wat Arun view.

Cool Rooftop terrace with a spectacular view of Wat Arun and the whole area. Food offer on terrace is exclusive but very limited, but tasty and fitting for international customers. Own DJ-Music entertainment is a bit in competition with the sounds from the terrace bar in close neighborhood .

We arrived ahead of our reservation time and decided to head up to the rooftop bar. The view was incredible, offering a stunning panorama of Bangkok’s most iconic landmark, the Temple of Dawn.

After enjoying a few drinks, we went downstairs for dinner. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded, so even though we sat indoors, we had a clear view of the temple.

The food was decent, and the staff was attentive.

I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a great view, but definitely make an advanced reservation.

Came here for the ambiance and over-looking Wat Arun.
The food is really good, can work on their pricing tho.

The food and atmosphere at the restaurant were good, but I’d like to share a small piece of feedback. When I ordered bottled water, I had three bottles which came to 570 THB. This left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Partly it was my own oversight for not checking the last page of the menu, but as a customer, when staff simply ask ‘Would you like water?’ it’s natural to assume the price would be similar to other restaurants.

If the staff could kindly inform customers of the price in advance, it would make the experience feel much clearer and more comfortable. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback for improvement.

We went there just for the drinks which has a well-curated menu. The view, though, is the main character. We will go back for food for sure.
