Tried for first time last year. I have eaten here 3 times including my birthday lunch, they gifted me a flan for my birthday. Staff is very friendly. Food is yummy. Portions are very generous (I had to ask for a box to take home every time I visited). Drinks are well-made. Tortas are so so delicious! Recommended.

Cantina style Mexican food. Good flavor and many items to choose from. I would eat here over any americanized Mexican place. Came here on a busy night, before going to the Seattle Center. Waited about 25 minutes for a table, service was Ok- a little slow. The drinks were just ok, we all ordered something from their drink menu and were all not impressed. So if you are not drinking, then no worries! The foods presentation was kinda messy and normally I wouldn’t ding a score for that- but felt things were thrown onto place. Overall- would we go back? Sure!

My girl loves margaritas, and this place has quite the selection. Personality, i would recommend the tamarind margarita, but they also have quite the range for a spicy margarita.

Customer Service was excellent, food was delish. They even made Camarones Rancheros for me that was not even on menu! Amazing cocktails, we’re not from here and wanted to find a Good mex restaurant and Sal y Limon nailed it

My friend and I came in for dinner and we were impressed with the quality of the food. After being seated, they started us off with a complimentary bean tostada. From there we ordered the chips & salsa and margaritas. The salsa trio was very good and the margarita was well balanced. I ordered the Enchiladas Michoacan and they were amazing. The carne asada was so tender and flavorful, it really was top notch food. My friend and I left happy and would be happy to return again.

For Valentine’s Day, my partner and I had dinner at Sal Y Limón in Seattle. The vibe was energetic, and instead of the usual free chips, they offered free tostadas – a nice touch!
We started with the Verde Ceviche, a fresh, zesty mix of shrimp, lime juice, jalapeños, and tomatillos. For mains, we had the El Enchiladas Del Mar, packed with scallops, shrimp, red meat, and a creamy chipotle salsa, plus Chicken Tacos, which were simple but tasty.
The Chile Lime and Bartender’s Special Margaritas were refreshing and well-balanced.
The service was excellent as well. Our server was attentive and very friendly. Overall, Sal Y Limón has great food, a fun atmosphere, and is definitely worth a visit!

Great for solo diners and travelers and excellent all around. I heard this place recommended by several locals and since it’s just around the corner from my hotel it was a natural spot to try and I was Very Happy with the choice. I came on Round 1 NFL draft night and NBA playoff night so I expected it to be packed and it was busy but I was sat at the bar right away (and they did offer a table for solo travelers who don’t like bar seating). The service was very fast, my cocktail came right away along with a delicious appetizer and the flautas I ordered came minutes after that. The menus were also well organized and easy to read. So good I would take another 3 hour flight to try it again.

Absolutely fabulous restaurant style Mexican food! The chipotle shrimp with veg is damn near perfect if the carrots were more cooked! The margaritas are so clean and perfectly balanced. The service is incredibly professional!! Great vibe!
