Ok. We spent over $125 on food and it was just ok. Delivery charge was $9 +/- alone. We received our order within a reasonable amount of time.
Here were our issues:
We were at a hotel when we ordered and did not receive silverware, napkins, or even paper plates. No salt or pepper packets.
My husband’s burger was ok, he said, but needed salt and pepper. As did the fries, which were lukewarm. But it’s hard to have really good takeout fries….
My son’s garlic knots were not garlicy at all and we’re overcooked and hard. They appeared to be deep fried. No sauce came with the knots and we didn’t realize we probably needed to order some (our fault).
My breadsticks were good. Also deep fried, but there was nothing on them…no spices or parmesan. Like plain fried dough. Not bad, just not flavorful. The sauce was really thin. At first, I thought it was hot sauce.
My chicken salad was good, but I didn’t receive my Vinaigrette dressing. I made my own with hotel lemon and honey packets. No silverware.
The Rigatoni my son’s girlfriend got was overcooked. She said it tasted good, but the pasta was borderline mushy. Again, no silverware.
The plus side: it was piping hot when we got it, except for the fries. They weren’t too far from the hotel so stuff got here quick.
For the price we paid for 4 people, I guess I expected more.

Like stepping into someone’s home for dinner. Food was delish! Pizza dough is just right. Service was friendly and quick. They must do a lot of take out orders because the dinning area is tiny – 3 tables.

Just can’t stay away. Awesome service and food. Always feel welcome here. Shells Florentine excellent. Capellini Putanesco fantastic. Wedding soup and Pasta Fagioli soup off the charts. And don’t forget about the sauteed broccoli and sauteed mushrooms, great too. We will return when we come back to town next time!

Back again! Delicious as always. Annabella, thd manager is such a gracious host. We always feel so welcome here. Tried sauteed broccoli and caprese salad. Fantastic! Eat here and you will be glad you did.

Fantastic down home Italian food prepared and served by excellent friendly staff….dine in or take out.
Sauteed spinach, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed broccoli all perfect sides. Pizzas and strombolis of all kinds. Stuffed Shells Florentine very tasty. Homemade bread with spiced butter served with meal… well totally yummy .
By far, THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD in the Shenandoah Valley. Excellent service. Gracious staff! Delicious dishes. Pasta fagioli and Minestrone soups are awesome. All pasta dishes are great! Thank you for your hard work to create such great food!

This was our 3rd order we placed and up until last night we were in love with the chicken wings . The wings we received last night were cut so weird they weren’t shaped like a wing or a drum . I would not have fed this to a child because of the bones and fragments sticking out everywhere. Leaving me to wonder how and what I was eating. My husband ate a few and put them down . We will not be ordering those again . Pizza is good !

Sunday hours are inaccurate on your website – food is absolutely fantastic – called yall 8 times to see if you were open – I know this is irrelevant on Google because you’re closed Sundays per Google but your website doesn’t reflect it. Searched through duck duck go which doesn’t immediately show hours, just your website. Thought you should know. Will settle for someone else’s pizza today.

The staff here are nice and friendly. You are always greeted with smile and feel welcomed when walking in. My main issue is they undercook the pizza. I actually have stopped going there after it happened four times in a row. We like to do pizza Fridays at my house so we ordered from there regularly. One large pie with extra cheese and usually one other specialty pie of some sort. The dough was raw and stretchy. I originally thought it was the cheese but upon closer inspection, it was definitely the dough. I don’t know if it’s an oven temp issue or if they just rush them out of the oven but it’ll be a while before I order from them again. It’s disappointing because the chicken and broccoli pizza they have is DYNAMITE! But only if they cook it all the way through.
