The food was ok. I think the presentation, quantity, and freshness of food was good for the price. The taste, however, was just ok. The meat skewers were a bit overcooked (meat was a bit tough) and the veggies skewers felt undercooked (cucumbers were a bit hard).
The rolls were really large, which is good for people who prefer quantity, but I personally wish the vegetable fillings were smaller in the rolls. The oshinko was too large in the Wagyu roll, and overall there was too much rice in the rolls, so I had a hard time savoring the meat/fish portion of the rolls. I couldn’t finish even one roll.
The nigiri was good because the fish was fresh. The ama ebi fried head was good but felt like it could’ve been fried longer and maybe slightly more seasoned.
They were also out of a few ingredients: wagyu, scallops, real crab, so keep that in mind if you decide to go (we went the last week of December 2025).
I am happy they offered real wasabi, however! They give such a big amount of real wasabi when you order it.
Overall, I can feel this place wants to provide a good experience to their customers, so I hope their food continues to get better.
We ordered:
• Fire & Ice Roll
• Summer Roll
• Winter Roll
• Spicy Salmon Roll
The Summer Roll was hands down the favorite — very, very good. Fresh, flavorful, and balanced. I would absolutely order that again.
The other specialty rolls were solid, but the Spicy Salmon Roll was a miss for me personally because it had sesame seeds, and I’m allergic to sesame. Just something to be aware of if you have allergies.
We also ordered the ceviche, and that was outstanding — really, really good. Bright, fresh, and full of flavor. I would definitely get that again. The pot of green tea was fine — nothing special, but it paired nicely with the meal.
Overall, great atmosphere with a couple standout items (especially the Summer Roll and ceviche). We’d come back.
We ordered the Plains ( which we will order every time from now on ) Spicy Tuna Roll and the Red Snapper. I woke up the next morning thinking about how much we enjoyed that meal. Atmosphere was beautiful! Well done, I applaud the owners for their beautiful and delicious creations. Thank you, Charlie.your service was exceptional. We’re going to become regulars

It was the ideal intimate setting for a chic birthday celebration, just the two of us, enjoying a serene escape from the everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for those who appreciate elevated dining experiences.
Admittedly, I left my I.D., so a return visit is absolutely in order, this time, to explore their curated selection of premium sake
We were thoroughly impressed with everything we ordered and couldn’t stop eating! Charlie was fantastic at keeping track of our orders and promptly bringing new ones without any delays.
We’ll definitely be back!
