The restaurant was beautiful, and the staff were kind and attentive! We made a reservation to be seated under the Sakura tree but there was a lot of space in the restaurant. I think it’s a good addition to the area.

The food was ok. I think the presentation, quantity, and freshness of food was good for the price. The taste, however, was just ok. The meat skewers were a bit overcooked (meat was a bit tough) and the veggies skewers felt undercooked (cucumbers were a bit hard).

The rolls were really large, which is good for people who prefer quantity, but I personally wish the vegetable fillings were smaller in the rolls. The oshinko was too large in the Wagyu roll, and overall there was too much rice in the rolls, so I had a hard time savoring the meat/fish portion of the rolls. I couldn’t finish even one roll.

The nigiri was good because the fish was fresh. The ama ebi fried head was good but felt like it could’ve been fried longer and maybe slightly more seasoned.

They were also out of a few ingredients: wagyu, scallops, real crab, so keep that in mind if you decide to go (we went the last week of December 2025).

I am happy they offered real wasabi, however! They give such a big amount of real wasabi when you order it.

Overall, I can feel this place wants to provide a good experience to their customers, so I hope their food continues to get better.

a great sushi spot with a beautiful, well decorated atmosphere, especially being able to sit under the cherry blossom. Making a reservation was super easy with no wait time when we arrived. Helen was a nice welcoming host and she made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in while taking great care of us throughout the meal. whole experience here was a pleasant and enjoyable time!

We just finished dinner at Sakura Yakitori & Sushi and overall had a really good experience. The atmosphere was very nice — clean, comfortable, and inviting. It felt like a great spot for a relaxed evening out.

We ordered:
• Fire & Ice Roll
• Summer Roll
• Winter Roll
• Spicy Salmon Roll

The Summer Roll was hands down the favorite — very, very good. Fresh, flavorful, and balanced. I would absolutely order that again.

The other specialty rolls were solid, but the Spicy Salmon Roll was a miss for me personally because it had sesame seeds, and I’m allergic to sesame. Just something to be aware of if you have allergies.

We also ordered the ceviche, and that was outstanding — really, really good. Bright, fresh, and full of flavor. I would definitely get that again. The pot of green tea was fine — nothing special, but it paired nicely with the meal.

Overall, great atmosphere with a couple standout items (especially the Summer Roll and ceviche). We’d come back.

First time visit!! Taylor was a dream and very friendly and helpful. The flavors were awesome and the uniqueness of the rolls gave a flavorful pop and taste. My go to of dragon and rainbow rolls were met with great presentation and were really yummy. I was able to get back two times before heading back to the Midwest. Awesome experience

This place was on my list and was so glad we could finally make it for dinner. The menu is large enough that you’ll need to peruse through it a few times but not overwhelming. And, the Sake list is impressive too. Also, with the modern decor and ample seating mixed with a wonderful staff always makes for a wonderful dining experience.

I finally got the chance to come here for a meal to celebrate a friend’s belated birthday. The interior is nice and spacious, with outside seating available. The decor is nicely done and gives you that nice peaceful vibes. We ordered a good amount of food to share, with the majority being non-seafood. We practically ordered album all of the yakitori and skewer items and were not disappointed. I think my favorite of the skewers were the beef ribeye, wagyu, the Nomo, and pork belly. I also enjoyed their house special Udon stir fry, gyudon, and Plains roll (with wagyu). It is also to be noted that their bathroom has a changing station for parents (this is something that I really appreciate as a parent). The service was wonderful and friendly. Overall, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Tucked away in a stunning location, this gem exudes tranquility and refined charm. We indulged in the miso salmon, unagi don, winter sushi, and wagyu sushi, each dish was exquisitely prepared and elegantly presented. The service was gracious and attentive, striking the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. A pot of delicate, aromatic green tea complemented our meal beautifully.

It was the ideal intimate setting for a chic birthday celebration, just the two of us, enjoying a serene escape from the everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for those who appreciate elevated dining experiences.

Admittedly, I left my I.D., so a return visit is absolutely in order, this time, to explore their curated selection of premium sake

This beautiful place is truly a delight. Everything I tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful—miso soup, edamame, sake toro nigiri, hamachi nigiri, and even the avocado roll, which turned out surprisingly good. The atmosphere was simply amazing—calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. I’ll definitely be coming back!
